This pharmacy is really struggling to keep up with the Rite Aid group they brought in. They are not answering the phone, took 3 days to reach someone, and the customers they did have are being left behind. Service is rude due to the volume of customers. I can't blame the staff, but I won't be going to that pharmacy again. I already had my prescriptions switched. Took one call to my doctor. I feel so bad for ones who think they are stuck. Don't deal with that service and go somewhere where you are a person again!!

There are always so many employees standing around the office area. I can see having one person keep an eye on the self checkout like Walmart. There used to be an employee that would help bag groceries. I've seen employees at other giant eagles bagging groceries. There would be shorter wait times for customers if they utilized the idle employees to get on a register or bag groceries.

They have a good variety of products and often have things I can't find anywhere else. The quality is usually very good, but the prices can be ridiculous for what you get. No way will I pay $2.00 for an avocado, especially when it's as hard as a hand grenade.

Always long lines and now self checkout is closed so the lines are even longer.
Changed my review to a 5 from 1 . Self checkout was open during late hours. It was nice coming in and not having to wait 15minutes. Hopefully they stay open during late hours.
Back to 1star, come in on Wednesday. Self checkout is closed. 2 cashiers 8 people waiting with full carts. Unacceptable. Went to target in the same shopping center. 1 cashier and 4 self checkout lanes open, no wait.

Fresh food prepared and ready to eat from the little Cafe they have right inside. Get your beer or wine right in store they always have fresh seafood, produce, poultry, beef, and pork! You get fuel perks for shopping and they have cosmetics as well as all household staples! Been shopping at this Giant Eagle location for 47 years now and it's only gotten better with time....just like a fine wine!

Stood at the shelf check out waiting for help, cashier attendant just kept talking to another cashier. Waited... no help, so I guess I get free cheese. And I don't feel sorry about it one bit.
