Great place!! Very clean and safe location for stopping to rest. Breakfast is free and included.
No cameras in the parking lot but seems to be an extremely safe area.
AC Unit was pretty loud. I wouldnt usually say something if it weren't for the price. My allergies were pretty bad all night indicating dust mites are pretty high however I get allergic reactions at every hotel its to be expected.
We by chance got the handicap accommodating bathroom and it was pretty nice and sturdy with bars around the toilet and a seat in the shower. You do still need to step into/over the rim of the tub. Its not a walk in shower.
Bathroom has a hair dryer. There was no microwave in mine.

Very friendly. Very accommodating. Kid friendly. Close to the Hershey Park. Got a swimming pool and a hot tub.

A little tricky to find (a sign on the main road would help), but nice to have it so close to the toll road.
The staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean, cool, quiet and comfortable (I want the pillows for my home). The pool and lovely outdoor fire pit area was a bonus I did not expect. If we are ever back in the area we will stay again.

Held a meeting in one of the conference rooms. Staff was helpful and polite. Conference room was clean. Happy with the service.

It's a beautiful property tucked away close to the turnpike but you'd never know it. The people are Amazing! The breakfast is top notch. And the rooms are lovely.

The location is spot on! Near the turnpike and close to my sister's! A lot of stores are local even Walmart! My favorite memory with this hotel is the hot breakfast!! The employees were so helpful and friendly! I loved my stay!

While I rarely give an Olympic-style rating of perfect, this hotel and the staff exceeded expectations in every category. My husband passed away unexpectedly and I came to the area for the funeral feeling both injured and vulnerable. The staff was quietly welcoming and conscientious, not loud and abrasive as though a constant party was the norm of living. The careful housekeeping staff kept the room clean and well supplied. The room was located just where I requested; away from the noise of the elevator and ice machine, but not too far to come and go quickly and discreetly. I was able to rest, restore, and recover enough to pull together the funeral. At the end, the manager surprised me with a bereavement rate for my stay, which certainly helped my already depleted budget. The desk staff checkout was quick and efficient. All this added to a smooth and pleasant experience which let me focus on the important event that was changing the structure and focus of my life. If I could rate this hotel higher, I would. Being here feels like you are in the comfortable and safe haven of a healthy happy home.

Cons: microwave in room is an upgraded charge. Pool was not very clean or impressive. Pros: clean, comfortable, staff was friendly and breakfast was comparative to other hotels.

Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Always have hot coffee in the lobby. Located near great restaurants and right off the turnpike.

Top to bottom this hotel checked all the boxes. Modern, clean, tip top shape, great amenities and a staff that was always extremely pleasant every time you set foot in the lobby. Always a smiling face.
