I didn't buy a car here but i gotta give it to Tim keibler, met him and talked with him and and test drove a Kia, i went with a different option at a different shorkey dealership but tim was delightful and a wonderful sales person, had a horrible experience at another dealership down the road towards Greensburg and they refused to look at our car or give us a offer and wouldn't even give us estimates, tim was wonderful with us and helped us and def gave us the positivity we needed, after the last dealership refused to help us he's a wonderful sales person, very kind and helpful, if ur looking for a Kia look for Tim

I recently bought a late model used Toyota Rav 4 from the North Huntingdon dealership. I was on my way home from the dealership stopped at a red light and attempted to adjust the outside mirrors. The component that hold the two buttons to the door fell through and into the inside of the door. They flat out refused to fix it. Very bad business.

After the sale, I have nothing good to say about them. Their service department is a joke. They are clueless. I was told to take my ford truck to their sister dealer in Wexford since it was close to my house and I purchased the extended warranty. Which was not true at all. They told me to take it to ford. After I got my oil consumption complaint looked at, I was told to bring it back after 3,000 miles and have the oil checked. I called when I had 2,700 miles on it to schedule an appointment only to be told that they gave me the wrong information and I was supposed to bring it back every 200 miles. Now I’m back to square one. The feeling I get from them is that they can afford to lose a one vehicle customer and not affect their business. There’s no sense of caring for the customer or willingness to put in any kind of effort to make things right. Every time I deal with them, I feel like I’m just a bother to them and an annoyance.

Buyer Beware!! Before you agree to accept a deal absoultely make certain ALL DOCUMENTS are in place and signed. On February 22, 2023 I purchased and made down payment on a USED car. On March 18, 2023 , a Saturday night at 9:30 P.M. my voice mail notification sounded. It was. a voicemail from the finance manager of Shorkey KIA timed 9:30 A.M. the previous day (?) around 9:30 AM (not certain why the delay of receipt). that the financing lender was not going to finance the loan because they wanted a document that was made clear at signing that I did not have. Deduction here....I never should have been permitted to remove the vehicle from the lot until everything was completed but I believed everything was acceptably in place. They decided to process the incomplete work and the lender caught the issue of the missing required document. I began getting calls from numerous people including the financing lender still requesting that SAME nonexistent document!! I stopped using the car immediately (seeing as how it was not LEGALLY mine) until they came to pick it up. per request as a return, not a repossession Or issue of buyers remorse. There is much more activity to tell, but this is enough to say be careful what you are signing or not. Legal intervention most likely WILL be required. Be careful with whom you elect to represent you. ASK QUESTIONS before doing a retainer with a law firm that could be a potential snag in abilities to make recovery of damages. If they don't want to meet face to face to discuss, best to avoid them as a lesson learned. They can sometimes seem to use your retainer to the benefit of the other party. Contacting the BAR Association is not a very positive option as a referral source. No one I dealt with was verbally abusive in any regard just misguided in protocols. I am not the first in my family and friends to have this occur. Their aim is to sell their cars and they will do whatever means to make it happen......BUYER BEWARE!!!

I made an offer to buy a Tacoma but could not complete the transaction due to an urgent medical issue. The Jim Shorkey team (Austin Hyer) was willing to go above and beyond and promised to deliver the truck if necessary. When I could not move forward, they were understanding and fully refunded my deposit. When things go wrong people leave a negative review but when things are right, not many log in to appreciate them. I assure you that my interactions were very positive, honest and respectful. I highly recommend them.

They sold me a used car with SO many problems that could only be discovered after buying. The dealership (Wexford) refused to help me after I signed for the car. They washed their hands clean and refused to help. I escalated to corporate and they kept sending my messages back to Kia Wexford. The manager said "you can keep calling corporate but you're only going to be dealing with me." He was incredibly rude. These people are scammers. They are all smiles and friendly until you sign for a car. To give you an idea of just one of the many issues I was dealing with, the car I bought was involved in a shooting. This was never disclosed in any report. I found out when a week after buying the car, the tire kept going flat. Kia Wexford said "well, you probably caused that." The tire repair shop found bullets in the front tire. These bullets had been there for more than a week. I found another casing under a floormat along with broken glass. There was another live round lodged in the windshield wiper area under the hood. Don't go here. There's plenty of other dealerships around. I ended up getting rid of this car and going to Bobby Rahal, where I was treated not only like a human but with SO MUCH respect during the new car purchase and afterwards.

I bought a 2012 used Suzuki Grand Vitari , I paid up but they said the went all over it, safety checked, one owner serviced there, etc etc. After I owned it I took locally for an oil change and found out that the car had a magnetic oild plug with epoxy around it. The oil change garage did not want to touch it . Took it to my inspection garage and they said they never saw such poor patch job, and again did not want to touch it. I called Jim Shorkey and was told by Chrissy the manager they would take care of it. Passed it off to Bob Close the service manager. He tried to pass off to James Nygyen only to be passed back to Bob. He said they pried the magnetic oil plug off, could not explain why it was epoxied , and said the tech who inspected it " was no longer there" He found a magnet to remove the add on plug , and sprayed the pan with bed liner. As you can see in the picture, they weren't even smart enough to cover the epoxy. Epoxy is nothing more than glue, and can let loose at any time, which in this case would be catastrophic oil loss. Bob was full of excuses and said lets hope the epoxy holds and that was all they could do. I am surprised a large dealership would do such a poor "epoxy" job on such an important item as a oil drain plug. Who knows what else they patched and rigged on cars to just get out the door? I will never buy another car from any of the Jim Shakey Dealerships again. see the picture and ask yourself would you want to drive with a glued oil drain plug? Run from these folks.
