By far the worst car buying experience I’ve had to date. John O’Brien was extremely pleasant till the car he wanted to sell me was not in my range. From there he rushed me out the door and it was settled. Manager calls me an hour later and changes the pricing with the warranty to suit my price range. I was happy from there. There was a discussion about the second key not being available (which I was under the impression that they would supply one). Drove the car to Fox Chapel the next morning and the engine guard falls off. After calling John and his management team multiple times to get the car fixed, I was ignored which is always fun when your car you got last night is actively scraping on the road as you drive. I pulled the car into the service room and left it there. John receives the car. I demand a manager because John tells me that there is no way for me to get a car till the work is done. Manager agrees to give me a car and I requested the whole car be looked over and fixed before I get it back. I mentioned white spots going across the leather and dashboard, a chip in the windshield, and a full overview. I want to say it was Monday and I heard nothing so I call John for a check up. John informs me that I’m being accused of hitting something and that management doesn’t want to fix. Insists that I pay half of the repair. Then ends the call with “I will tell management that you are getting pissed and we will see if they fix it”. This is where I loose respect. I’m a business owner as well as a healthcare worker. If they think I did anything to cause damage or not, I should have been informed immediately to work out a solution. No I drove 8 mins home that night and left at 8am. The scraping started 10 mins later while I was on the parkway. Now I do recall that when John brought the car for me to drive, he pulled into a pile of snow that was shoveled and collected at the top of the parking spot. Driver side front bumper which I laughed off at that time. This wasn’t mentioned because I’m not a finger pointer but hopefully he reads this. It was in front of the main entrance 2-3 parking spots from the front door so I’m sure the cameras can verify my assumption. Anyway they agree to fix it a few days later. John states it will take 2-3 days to receive the part and a day to install. I say fine and I wait. My daughter and I were in a car crash hence why I needed a vehicle since we have numerous appointments that are scheduled. I had to track down my vehicle multiple times over almost 2 weeks of waiting. Tried again they say Friday, then Saturday, then say Monday. Tuesday I get the car. I’m regretting the purchase because I don’t want to deal with them anymore, I get there and John gives me the car key and left. No apology for the issues, no feel free to call us if there is any problems. They did replace something on the roof that I didn’t know was bad so that was appreciated. I had to go get my own record of what was done to the vehicle. I drove the car today, no issues but I was still under the impression that I am waiting for a second key and the chip in the windshield is still there. I left a message and John returns my call which I appreciate but am confused on why I’m even dealing with John since he sold the car, his job is done. John starts with telling me he isn’t having a good day then tells me he never promised to get a key made and that I misunderstood his words for just a quote. I verify this with my wife and she agrees. John then hangs up on me while I’m mid sentence to find out how to go about getting the windshield done. Why are companies like this. I ignored a sign. Some lady was screaming that she just brought a car, should not have problems, and that Kia refuses to fix it. Lady yells that it’s been less than a week. I want to say John dusted his hands and said nothing he can do for every issue. All issues were handled by management like it wouldn’t be a problem. I would just avoid John. Regretting the purchase. Wish I got Andrea.

I went to Sharkeys with the intentions of just looking around. I’m in the market to buy an SUV but didn’t know what I wanted.After dealing with Gabe, it is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.Not only was he completely thorough …His personality alone actually sold me on the first vehicle I looked at! He knew exactly what I wanted, and you should really appreciate and hang onto him excellent at what he does!!!!
