“I had a terrible experience at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet. When I asked why the restrooms were closed, the manager became extremely rude, loud, and aggressive. Instead of giving a simple explanation, she shouted that it was a corporate decision and then followed me out of the store, yelling and even threatening to call the police. To make matters worse, she refused to give me her name when I asked. This behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others about the way customers are treated here.”

“Our experience at Splash and with our designer, Sunshine was great! Our home is only 6 years old, and we just wanted to replace the bathroom sink top. Mostly to be more functional but also improve the “builders grade” product. They were happy to assist us with exactly what we wanted, instead of trying to talk us into an entire bath remodel (as some other places did)! They gave us some tips and we did the install ourselves. It came out beautifully and we couldn’t be happier! Would highly recommend Splash for any bath or kitchen project!”

“It was a bit overwhelming to experience. Aisles are wide and easy to navigate, but the store floor is enormous. The display barges are fully stacked with most things one may imagine. Personally, it is difficult for my brain to process aisle after aisle of so many items as it likens to a real life 'where's waldo' world, However, everything is very nice. Definitely set some time aside to browse if you are a first-time visitor. For those in the retail industry, it is sheer merchandising at its best. I fell into impulse buying on my visit as I am sure the layout has been designed for. I doesn't matter what one may be looking for, if anything at all, but most will find it difficult to leave empty-handed.”

“We had a superb experience with krystal and the staff. Had our kitchen redone and it’s exactly what we wanted. The showroom and factory is huge and has anything and everything you could want. They also have cooking classes, wine tasting and cooking classes for kids too. Such great place.”
