The branch have helpful people that sort things out and understand times. People say the tellers are great and sweet and the experience is often good. However, the location is understaffed, lines are long and the drive through machine is broke or break often, make deposits take 30+ minutes when not using an ATM. Many hope for shorter lines and machines that do not break. The resources are still but the people do the best they can. Still the experience is good when the people are helpful but the broke machines and long lines make the location absolutely awful for many and things need to be changed.
This branch is just awful. No one knows the answer to your question and it will likely “have to go downtown” to get an answer. Despite all their talk of a banking relationship, you are just a number to them. Ugh.

PNC Irwin branch does not answer the phone. I don't call because I want to chat? I have an issue that PNC bank needs to resolve but they will not answer the phone.
