My husband and I have had to make several appointments over the past fews months with this branch due to his sister and his mother passing away. They have helps us so much sorting things out. We've delt with Tony and he's been so helpful and understanding.

I worked with challenged clients and this branch refused to cash my clients check and called her out on being challenged. She was so upset. They even told us she didn't have an account which she does. We went to the Greensburg PNC and they are fantastic and verified immediately that she does have an account. This lady was discriminating against my client

It’s a toss up every month if they listen when I say the extra money towards my auto loan payment goes to principal or not, I’ve had the car about 22 months and this has happened about 7-8 times, that’s roughly a 66% success rate. I don’t know about anyone else but I don’t want my banking to be done correctly only two thirds of the time. I won’t even get into how long the wait times are even when I’m the only one in the branch.Extremely unsatisfied is an understatement.

This is my local PNC bank that I come to about once a week. I normally have my baby with me so I typically go through the drive through to get cash out. I swear the machine is broke about every few times I go. The tellers are so sweet but the lines are always so long if you need to go inside. I opened a few accounts here and always have a good experience. Would hope for shorter lines and machines that don't break as often - otherwise a good experience.

It literally wouldn't kill one of the workers too put a sign on the outside ATM or in front of it etc saying it's not accepting cash. They should probably be paid less. I'm so sick and tired of waiting in a line for drive-thru or just going straight to the ATM putting my card in going through the entire process just to find out that you can't deposit cash. During normal business hours too. They should put a sign telling you when it will specifically be down etc. What a literal waste of time all the time

Great tellers, but they do seem to be understaffed. The people there are doing the best they can with the resources, like many establishments now. But hey, if you look at comment history and see timeframe where the problem started all I can say is... You wanted this, you voted for it, now you got it, stop crying. And it isn't just at this bank, it's everywhere.

My detail of PNC is that it shouldn't take 2 hours to get online. I have had this problem since I opened my account. I am still trying to log on today since 9:00 am and still can't get online. I think that it's ashame to have to put up with this daily. I will change my bank in a few months

While I stand in line there is only 1 teller. The excuse is the other was already on overtime....how much is this bank worth? Can't keep a teller on OT to service your customers.VERY POOR BANKING MANAGEMENT VERY POOR EXPERIENCE

Very understaffed at this location. The only positive is the staff is very friendly but wait times are horrible and forget about reaching this location by phone. This location is near my house however, the only thing I use is the banking machine. I go to another location on Mondays (this location is on the way home from work but not close to my home) so I go there if I need a teller.

This branch is the slowest that I ever dealt with. Lines could be out the door but they only ever have 1 or 2 tellers. I set up an important appointment for next week. He called me while I was out and left a message for me to call him back. But I tried 6 times and nobody ever answers the phones. Something has got to change here.

Worst bank ever. Been banking here for over 20 years. Nobody answers the phone at this location. And after 22 years of having a business account and personal accounts here and Having a very important need to talk with someone. There isn’t anybody to talk with. This is just insane to me.

Not one time I had to go there and get change for my business I was able to get it , I waited there for 15 minutes at least and there was two tellers they left their position when I was standing there and waiting for somebody to serve me, I am really thinking to move my money to another bank, so I don’t have to deal with this , respecting peoples time should be priority especially business owners.

This is the SLOWEST bank I have ever dealt with, 45 minutes in the drive thru when there were 3 cars in front of me. And 3 in the other lane. But one you pull in if there's cars in the ATM line you're stuck. You're forced to sit thru the agony and then it takes another 10 minutes at the window. It's ridiculous. Thank god they aren't my bank and I'm only here for my grandma. Because this kind of service is ridiculous and they would lose my business right away. I don't care if PNC would be the last bank on earth I wouldn't do business with them
