One of the worst experiences I've had in years. I reserved a spot for a RV, actually talked to someone 3 different times about the reservation. When I went to store the RV, my gate code didn't work and had to call to get a temporary code. Once I got in, there were no parking spot markings even though I was told to park in spot 10. I called again and was told all in the same phone call that there is a spot 10, once I convinced them there wasn't then I was told that I can park anywhere at my own risk but they couldn't tell me what the risk was, then eventually was told "we don't offer parking storage at this facility." Red Dot literally changed the storage policy while I was on the phone after I had a signed contract with them. At that moment I was told they would cancel my contract and refund my money. I thought the operator was just confused as there were vehicles parked everywhere there so I just chose option 2 and found a spot. When I called back the following day to try and straighten everything out I was told I need to get my camper out. I asked for a temp code to get it and they wouldn't give me one and said I had to meet a supervisor there 3 days later. I had to take time off work to fit their schedule and the guy never even showed up. The place literally looks like a junkyard and I will never deal with them again. Stay away from Red Dot.

Instructions should be clearer on location of unit and gate code should be given at the time of purchase

Well, was happy about the easy set up of the unit, but I have visited twice and my gate code still does not work. Customer service people took care of my situation promptly.I was at my unit the night of a pretty bad storm and I was locked in the complex.... again customer services was prompt on rectifying the situation.The Irwin location at bridge street does have large pot holes that are in need of repair.

Awful!!!Impossible to get a hold of anyone, paid for a unit- someone else has their stuff in it. Offered some other unit that smells awful.Road all deep potholes to the facility.Very displeased, but needed something asap so no choice

This was a lifesaver due to it being available on a Sunday when I needed additional space. There is a kiosk located on property for initial rental and payments and a lock vending machine. The downfall was that both machines at the North Huntingdon location were broken. Luckily there was a 1-800 number that can handle the rental remotely.

This takes the cake for the WORST customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life; it’s not even close.After being a loyal customer and sticking with this company through a $100 monthly upgrade I was blatantly lied too and scammed of an entire day. AFTER purchasing 2 units, one parking space and one 10x10, I went to park my trailer in the parking space I was SOLD AND CHARGED FOR, but couldn’t find it. I called customer service and could barely understand what the first representative was saying. He just told me that they do not offer parking spaces at the location that I HAD JUST PURCHASED ONE FROM!! These jokers wasted my entire day of my life hauling my trailer an hour to their site AFTER PAYING FOR A SPACE, just to tell me that they somehow do not sell them? VERY SKETCHY COMPANY! I would definitely avoid them at all costs. Too bad there was no option for a 0 star review bc 1/5 is pretty generous!

For the most part my experience was good, but you really should have taken care of the trash problem that occurred this past summer much quicker than you did. I understand that some tenants are jerks and don't care how they treat other people's property, but there was no reason to leave the mess there as long as you did.

Prices keep going up. The pay kiosk is never open. There are no dumpsters, so when people clean out their units there is trash piled up, seems pretty basic to have a dumpster

Place is a joke gate wide open. I reserved a unit day before to put car in and I paid 200 to have my car towed there and tried to get in the unit I paid 170 cash for and there was a lock on it they wont give me my 170 cash back or refund my tow money. Just a 170 credit on my other unit
