I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and everytime they say they don’t have my insurance on file, try to charge me $500 for my birth control and it’s always a long wait..I provide my card everytime and it’s always the same song and dance. They never have prescriptions ready either but everytime I pull up or come in they aren’t doing anything but gossiping with each other.

This is my local Walgreens so I come every so often. The photo center is really easy to use on the app and convenient for fast products. The quality is OK. Prices seems to be a little more than Walmart and Target which is right across the street. They do take Fed Ex returns which is really nice. Really only come for fast photo prints & fed ex drop offs.

Went to pick up my daughters prescription tonight and was advised they can only fill a quantity of 28 of the 30 prescribed. I asked to put down that they owe us 2 and we can come back to pick the remaining, Michelle the tech or pharmacist stated it's not that they don't have it, but the fact that there boxes are a quantity of 14 so they can only give us 2 boxes. I advised pull 2 from another box they said no the vender does not allow it and that they do not follow the prescription they follow the manufacture or vendor. Since when does a vendor or manufacture determine a patients health over there doctor. She said it's OK, we only bill the insurance for 28, I advised, if we are shorted 2 every month after one year that makes it about 1/2 month short that I the consumer has to pay for that shortage. This is outright stealing as far as I am concerned and question it's legality. This is not first time they have done this it should not matter how there vendor suplies medications to them, weather in a box or bottle. If the script says a quantity of 30 fill it.

This place is lousy you have to tell them how to do their job when you want a prescription refill

Went to just drop off a fed ex delivery to be returned. Clean, quick. Not bad at all.

Incredibly high prices. Seems like they are taking advantage of the pandemic. Last year, they charged me $19.99 for a $4 pack of antacids that I needed for my sick dog. I called Walgreen corporate to complain and was given Walgreens points to use for future purchases. Last week, they wanted over $48, with my insurance to fill a prescription. I transferred it to Giant Eagle and had it filled for $1.98 with insurance. Walgreen's manager tried to say it is the insurance companies decision, but that is not true. I called my insurance and they had no record of Walgreens running a claim. My scripts copay is capped at $10 for approved drugs. That was the Walgreen price, not my insurance. Last year, they charged me over $32 for the same script. Beware!I won't even mention how slow they are to fill prescriptions and the rudeness of their staff, as I know they are under pressure. Still, I will no longer overpay to get poor service.

They were actually open today on Mt. Lutheran King Day for health care needs in this winter storm. Actually had someone outside cleaning roof so snow would fall customers, how nice is that. You can count Walgreens.

Canceled my appointment an hour before due to "staffing issues" and I need my test for tomorrow. Would not recommend.

This is by far the worst Walgreens I've ever been too. Sure if you get medication from here you count every pill!!!

A majority of Walgreens that I have come across are like this one. Stand alone and an oasis in its own parking lot. This one somehow feels even more alone than other locations. Since it sits up on top of a hill that overlooks the main roadway. With the parking lot surrounding it and other businesses not really directly connected it gives the more isolated feel. I will be honest with you, I had driven this road a lot and because of it being up on the hill I had no idea it was there for the longest time. I keep my eye on the road so I had no reason to look up...on a hill...to see the sign. I only came here because I needed a few items that I couldn't find elsewhere. Luckily for me, they had everything else that I needed. I feel like Walgreens set up their stores so that they are a little more user friendly for those that shop there on a whim. It just feels more like a store than other places you go into.
