Norm was tremendous to deal with. Honest, knowledgeable and just a great guy! He showed me the pros/cons of each ATV I was looking at and helped me reach a decision I was thrilled with.

This is my updated review..After a rocky start with my Ducati, all is well. Mosites fixed my bike quickly and at a reasonable price. The new showroom is going to be nice when it's completed. Thanks JJ

Honest reviewGOOD- Lot of inventory. Sales people are invested in the customer. They remember you and will call you when something you might like comes along (bikes or events). Mosities also offers a lot of events and engagement. BAD- The destination charge isn't clear till you are ready to buy. I was told that the business is too big to assemble their bikes so they pay someone (or rather they charge you for that service for their conveneince when the final price is calculated). It then takes a great price and ruins it. UGLY- This might be fixed with the remodel, but they need a cafe. It is a long ride there and maintenance can take a long time. A comfortable waiting area is a necessity

Brought my bike in for service and asked for my squeaky back brake to be checked. They quoted an outrageous amount to fix it and when I declined the service I received my bike back with even more problems in the brakes. So much so that my back brake stuck on the rotor and cracked it and almost threw me off my bike. If you value you life, don't take your bike here

Going to be brief n to the point.Knowing the motorcycle I wanted. I went to get a quote. All of the staff were very nice. Came time got the quote $1700. Destination charge.Said ok it is what it is. Told them I was gonna call 1 other place n probably place the order the next day. To my surprise the other store had no such charge. Mosites makes it up. I bought a new Triumph Tiger Sport 660With side Panniers for $2500 less. That's not even in the same universe. Mosites refused to even make a counter offer. This was an apples to apples quote. Beware

Tried to trade my 2016 BMW R1200R (seen here) and the terrible manager who looked at my trade offered me $3,000 less than a competitor dealership. Huge Dealer, huge overhead.. I guess. So needless to say this place wasted 48 hours of my life. Don’t bother with them (Just my opinion:)

Going across states and made a stop in Pittsburgh to get my S1000R checked for a maintenance concern and the service was stellar, despite my disgruntled demeanor and stressed out attitude. The team is well trained, they went by the book, very helpful, and polite…Regardless of the various customers baggage (pun intended). Thanks again for the impromptu feedback! Highly recommend.

Service desk is unhelpful and not knowledgeable, doesn't return calls, keeps your bike for more than a week for a tire and oil change because they broke something lifting it that is apparently a "common issue when lifting Ducati's" but can't tell you what part is broken or give an answer on when replacement parts are going to be in. They sure as sh*t sell Ducati's but only have one guy to work on them. On top of all this upon entering, the service desk workers don't have masks anywhere on their face, the service lobby is tiny, and they don't require customers to wear masks, no six feet spacing. I don't know f*ck all about motorcycles, but I know how a competent business operates and that packing 12 people into a 10x10 service lobby without masks is reckless during a pandemic. My husband will be taking his bike somewhere else, because contrary to what these people say there are several places I have found around Pittsburgh that service Ducati's.
