I only gave a star because I absolutely had to, otherwise I’d take a star away! I Pulled off some pre-owned game stickers out of curiosity and it just left me FURIOUS!Be careful with this place, they lie, they cheat you and the customer service was horrible. I came here with my 8 year old and the clerk just sat there on his phone watching some movie with Mike Myers in it (I only know that much cause I recognized his voice) with way more cuss words than what should be acceptable for watching in your place of employment in front of customers, let alone CHILDREN.And to top it all off, ARK won’t even download due to the horrible condition the disc is in out of their case.I was here at about 4:00pm today (1-3-2024). They charged me DOUBLE price for a used game! I can’t believe this!

Mike, the general manager at this location, unfortunately, provided me with the incorrect controller option for an insurance exchange not once, but twice. Instead of receiving a brand new controller as per my claim, I was given a pre-owned device, which was not what I expected. I initially came into the store after my order was canceled, and without informing me, he issued another pre-owned device. This lack of transparency and attention to my needs left me feeling disappointed and undervalued as a customer. As a manager, I expected a higher level of service and a more satisfactory resolution to my issue, which ultimately resulted in a rather unsatisfying experience.

The lady that was working on June 12th 2023 around 4-5pm was very nasty to me and my family. Plus was nasty to the customer before us. She wanted to sit there and try to argue with us.she told the customer before us to get out the store and she did the same to us. We were trying to buy an Xbox controller and she wanted to be very nasty to us. She is not a nice person and shouldn’t be working there if she don’t know what customer service is.

Not sure if it’s just this store or if corporate is encouraging shady behavior. I picked up a pre-order last week and during the exchange the sales associate (Antonio) lied to me multiple times.1. He told me I was eligible for a “free” warranty on my game. False. I checked the receipt and he definitely entered a promo code that did not equal the same amount as the warranty.2. He also told me I was eligible to “renew my pro account for free.” He failed to mention that he would be using 15,000 of my points!!! I only found out later when we received an email indicating the use of the points.3. The price of the preorder was about $17 higher (69.99 vs 51.99) than what he billed me for with no explanation. In fact he said “don’t ask.”Seems like he was just trying to boost his numbers to gain favor with his boss/corporate.I was able to get my points back by calling customer service but I still have a bitter taste in my mouth. It just doesn’t add up. I will never give this location my business again.

Went in for a new DualSense Edge controller, and the woman working there was super friendly, and we just kinda got caught up in techy computer and gaming talk. It was pretty fun. She told me how joining the pro program would save me a ton of money and get me some rewards. She was a very pleasant person and made the experience well worth the extra drive. Got my controller, the protection plan, which is a great idea so you don't have to deal directly with Sony and left happy. Great experience all around.

I called asking about a video game that I needed to purchase for young person. The store said that it was an older game, and wouldn't be available as new, but they have a used version for 19.99. Since I was in Target's parking lot; I figured it wouldn't hurt to look in there. Dude found me the game, brand new. And it cost 19.99! Takeways: Don't believe a mfkin thing they tell you and do your own research!
