If I could leave zero I would. Months back we went to the store to buy a washing machine. The lady in that department was so rude and unhelpful we left and thought we would buy it online. So we did that. The washer was a month delayed due to Covid and the supply which was fine. The date of delivery approached and received no notification of time frame for delivery. Called and no one could tell us where our washer was. Two months later then we were told our washer arrived and the date kept getting changed with no real reason as to why. I would never have purchased a thing here again to be delivered but we had gift cards and needed a new dishwasher. So I ordered it with no real expectations and shockingly it was delivered when it said it would be. I went to use it and it does not work. Says failure to drain. Trouble shot it and still not working. Home Depot claimed someone would be here today to fix it. No one is here. Now the date was changed until Saturday. Again doubtful anyone will show on that day either…… update….. it’s Saturday. Time frame was from 10-2 that they could show up. Of course no one did. Called to see what the problem was and todays excuse was the weather. Never notified us that they would not be coming so here I sat wasting my day. They have done nothing to make this right. Mind blowing

If I could give them a 0 I would. I ordered special order carpet and twice the installation was cancelled. 1st time day before 2nd time day of. Hope depot unwilling to provide any compensation or discounts on future purchases for loss of income as both my husband and I lost 2 days of work and also for the numerous hours it took us to prepare our room for install. My recommendation is to stay away from this company as their customer service sucks.

This is my favorite Home Depot, and it somehow lends itself more to a hometown hardware store than an overwhelming big box warehouse! It is clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate to look around. I've always found the staff very helpful. I think the pick up lockers & curbside service are great and you can pre-browse online, order online for free store delivery for pick up. I like that I can get fuel perks by buying Home Depot cards at Get Go which has been helpful during rehab of my house having to buy a lot of building material. I've gotten a lot of great buys here, and the Traffic Master laminate is really good flooring with pricing that almost anyone can afford a new hardwood floor & install it yourself! I had to tear walls out of my dining rm & bought pre fab wainscot for only $16 a piece & it turned out great! No drywalling needed! Was so easy to install! Home Depot is great for DIY & this store is exceptional in my opinion!

place is a joke. waited 45 mins for help w grills. paged 3 times and told to call lawn and garden never did. customer service rep young girl screams at me. never again terrible place huge joke. kid in department walked by young kid straight to customer service past me standing at grills and starting talking crap about me to them because heheard me complain

NEVER BUY ANYTHING THAT NEEDS INSTALLED AT THIS STORE! I whole heartily agree with the previous reviews as far as lack of customer service and common courtesy. What ever happened to "the customer is always right"? The so called 'customer service' is the worst we've ever encountered! We ordered a window in April and were told it would be installed by the end of June. End of June comes and we called the store - and the salesperson. "The window is still in the "process of being made". The store didn't have the common courtesy to call and let us know the status? End of July - window is available - now they have to schedule installation. Installation is scheduled for SEPTEMBER - we ordered the window in APRIL ! Installation day - or so we thought. Window is damaged! After a day of waiting for a phone call from them to find out what the status was (once again -decency and common courtesy gone by the wayside) - WE had to call the store! We called the store and talked to 3 different people and got 3 different "stories". The manager would not even come to the phone. Then we were told we had to take care of the issue ourselves. Isn't that what customer service is - isn't that what YOU are supposed to do - isn't that what we paid YOU to do? We even talked to the person who sold us the window - response "I don't care if you cancel the window". What ?! What kind of salesperson are you to say something like that? Bottom line - we canceled the order and now are awaiting our 'deposit' refund (good luck with that - right?). We'll 'start over' with a reputable window company which is what I guess we should have done in the beginning. Star rating should be ZERO to match the service from this store ! It wasn't "not good" it was non existent . . .

home depot has got the worst customer service i have ever had....bought a washer they delivered it and did not install it and refused to send anybody to help...make it worse...they won't even take it back so I can get a refund...worst company I have ever dealt with period

No sure where to begin. I've been doing business with HD for over 15 years in about a dozen different states and this has been by far one of the worst locations I've had to deal with on a customer service level across multiple departments. I purchased a club cadet zero turn mower and opted for delivery. The first missed delivery HD didn't even call me and they simply rescheduled three weeks later. I ended up calling them, they switched to a week a later and then waited a week to switch it back, again with tout calling. I ended up renting a trailer and brining it to my house and now it doesn't work (even after I trouble shooted everything according to the manual) and no one at this location has been able to assist or willing to provide a customer friendly solution. On top of the mower situation, I also purchased a washer and dryer on same day. It was guaranteed delivery on 13 May. It also didn't arrive on the 13th. The contractor they used called me the day of to cancel and reschedule. Obviously I'm done with this location because they can't handle their business and quite possibly Home Depot.

a I don't like all the automated tellers they need to have real people operating cash registers I'm tired of seeing this automation take over the human race they make all that money and they don't want to give back to the people they need to take care of their employees with better wages and benefits and lower their prices in their store to prices are too high

Bought a fridge online right before Black Friday with estimated delivery date on December 5th. After a week, they just changed the estimated delivery to 22nd without even try to call me. Tried to cancel the order on the phone and it was done, but not before the caller being unpolite and hung up on me (the phone number is: 800-430-3376). Not recommended at all and I'll probably never buy anything again in this store.

The COVID-19 rules are extremely lax here. Interacted with three different associates. Social distancing not observed. One had mask over mouth but not nose. Moved over nose when requested but would not stay in place because of poor fit. Second never had mask higher than his neck. Third wore mask but fit was so loose it is doubtful that it did any good. I suggest that poor training and oversight were to blame. Won't be going back.

Today D'Mere just offered to help put some mulch and topsoil in my car for me when he saw me struggling. He was above and beyond helpful, even offering to grab an extra bag for me. Please give this guy and the other young man working with him some sort of bonus. they deserve it!

The lady at the paint counter was so sweet and kind and helpful. The lady at the self checkout helped by saying “I’m here to service you” that was amazing!
