Metro staff members were very pleasant and helpful. They helped me transfer over service over it without any issues. I got a an iPhone 11 for free and it’s my first iPhone so I’m happy that I switched over with them. So far now problems with my phone and the service so far has been pretty good. Thanks again Metro staff!!

**FRAUD ALERT**I was paying $72 for my plan for about 10 months and yesterday 4/29/2019 my husband and I received a text message stating that the account details had been changed and accessed WITHOUT me or my husbands authorization.My phone was disconnected today 4/30/2019 so I went into the store to find out why. I was told that I would need to pay $60 for services to be restored and that my account was transferred to A NEW ACCOUNT number, WITHOUT my authorization!!They provided me the number to customer service, which I called and I changed the PIN because I knew something fishy was going on. I provided customer service with my previous account number, which I was paying my monthly $72 and they stated that THAT account has been CANCELLED. So it looks like we never made our payments. Overall, for the month of April, we ended up paying $72 which was due 4/15/2019 PLUS an additional $60 all because my account was accessed and changed at the end of the month, WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION!!I did not nor did my husband call to change our plan or payment amount. I have all of the receipts, confirmation numbers and authorization codes that were provided when I made payments of $72 monthly before today.The account numbers are also different. WE DID NOT START A NEW PLAN AGREEMENT AND IF SOMEONE DID THAT WITHOUT OUR CONSENT, that is a violation of the METRO BY T MOBILE PRIVACY POLICY.My new balance is $102. I then noticed that the supervisor TOM FULLEN came from the back room because he overheard the conversation I was having with the other young lady and stated that “WE (my husband and I) HAD THE $72 BALANCE LONG ENOUGH”.Why was our account accessed WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION?Isn’t there a PIN number for every account for security purposes?When you call customer service, they stated that OUR PRIVACY IS OUR #1 PRIORITY! When TOM accessed our account, OUR PRIVACY WAS NOT THE #1 PRIORITY!!I’ve contacted customer service twice and filed HIGH PRIORITY complaints to corporate, filing a police report and I WILL be speaking with someone at corporate because our account was accessed without us knowing.

I went to this one after a horrible experience in Mckeesport that cost way too much and didn't know until I had to pay or lose my cell phone number, making me unable to switch companies. The sign says free phone with 50$ plan, and the girl said that I had to have 60$ plan. They had 5 free phones and one in stock, which I didn't know until after my phone number was already porting.
