A very disinterested young black girl checked me out. After she rang me up and gave me receipt, I waited, no thank you. I said thank you. She said " no problem" I guess I interrupted her leaning over the register. How rude of me!

Was planning to stop in and grab an item or two while my daughter was getting her haircut next door...but no such luck. Multiple people tried the door. I even tried calling to see how long until the employees break was over and no one answered. It's been well over 1/2 hour.

This trip I loved it! The lady who runs the store is amazing. Some of her workers are too busy gossiping amongst themselves to be bothered by customers sadly.

I was in there and the only person that greeted me was the lady with glasses and colored hair guy said hello to the other two associates one was walking out with a box and they totally ignored me The worker was very rude she got upset because the phone was ringing and just had an attitude the whole time just not the experience that I was hoping for I would assume if you’re working for a beauty supply store that she would have more professionalism and I just thought that I was an inconvenient for them not to the Woman with the colored hair and glasses she was very nice but the other two associates were just disrespectful and rude

These cashiers are not helpful at all. They will not move from behind the counter to help you they just point and say "if its not there, we ain't got none!" Really!? They all seem so miserable. I will pass that store from now on and go to Monroeville.

Do not listen to any advice from them. I came in knowing what I needed and the cashier with the pink hair convinced me to buy a hair treatment for after I bleached my hair. I bleached it and i let it air dry, it was a little dry but not bad. I decided maybe I should do the hair treatment and IT FRIED MY HAIR WORSE THAN BLEACHING IT TWICE IN A WEEK!!!!! I wish I could go back in time and not do the hair treatment she suggested. Before the treatment, my hair dried normally. Now it's fried and puffy.

This was a great experience and this is had a great costumer service the lady that rung me up had a great attitude and we had a nice conversation as we rang up my stuff I even returned and they had a happy attitude the whole time!❤️ I appreciate the work and it was clean store highly recommended and will go again

This is a small store, very messy and unorganized. Clearance is not marked correctly or not marked at all. The store did not honor prices and markdowns where products were placed. I did bring this to the associates attention and they did not offer a tad bit of interest on the issue. They would only admit that they knew things were incorrectly marked and placed. Mind you the two representatives on duty weren’t organizing or fixing the clearance sections at all. Horrible and unacceptable experience.

Maybe this place used to be great and have knowledgeable staff, but sadly that's really changed. I asked simple questions of help concerning Where items were in the store, i was out right ignored after repeating the same questions over and over with 2 employees on shift. There were so many boxes in the aisles waiting to be put away that it was hard to get around and I spent less because of it, just wanted to get out of there. Very sad
