I never used this wash before, but tried to use it today because I was in the area. It accepted my card, but once in the wash and my car was it park, the wash started and then immediately stopped. I waited. It never resumed and the door opened and told me to exit. I tried calling the service number numerous times without luck. The alternate number given was out of service. I’m very displeased that I still have a dirty car and no response.

I've never used my debit card in the wash pit but today I d25thid and it notified me that it was 4 minutes and something seconds then said it was $3.00 looked in my account and they Splish Splash charged me $10.00Service: Polishing
