For a few times, I was just going to get my toes done. A friend of mine convinced to get my nails. Today, I experienced an outburst from Tom that was quite disturbing. I'm very laid back and respectful HOWEVER, that was not reciprocated. .. when I washed my hands after TOM Cao did my particular service.... First off, he drilled my cuticles so hard I felt like I was going into surgery, not only that he was so rough and removing the nails I've needed to be repaired I was in so much pain just sitting in that chair. Once completed, he asked me to go wash my hands. After washing my hands I brushed my black hoodie off which had so many shavings from the drill on it.. it was making me itch. So I start using my hands to brush it off, and unforeseen to myself, I accidentally put black lint particles on my nails. The way Tom spoke to me in this unprofessionalism Manner was very disturbing. I didn't want to tell my husband, because that would have been a whole nother story. After TOM CAO outbursts, I had to inform him that I'm a 52 year old grandmother. And I don't argue with men especially if they are conducted themselves as children. Moving forward....I have heard stories of him being disrespectful and very moody this is not a individual who should be running a business with this type of energy.. I'm not finished...then he proceeded to tell me that I can get my nails done elsewhere. His victimized behavior after being very disrespectful was very undimisable. Even the lady sitting next to me was very disturbed as well. I say find him and send people like myself who will make sure that he straightens up or you will get shut down.GoddessServices: Pedicure

Horrible service today. He did not take all old red polish off, still on 4 fingers. Was working too fast. Did not put on the kind of polish requested to cover natural nail bed blemishes and old red polish on 4 fingers. Was too busy to try another Polish to cover blemishes and spots but insisted on using a pinkish tinted clear base saying that's what he uses for all French tips. Customers are to be treated as individuals with unique preferences! He said my nails were "old" (referring to the underlying discolorations on one nail).He got up after seeing I was upset to bring a sampling of other polishes for me to choose from. Asked me "What's wrong with you" when I didn't make a hasty immediate decision on another color. By that time I was fuming mad at his insulting rude speech. He did not take enough time to get the white French tips on right (missing spots). I just wanted him to get what HE WANTED done for MY nails and MY money so I could get the heck out of there. I paid my $43 w/o a tip. Never will I return there.Services: French manicures

We came as a group of 4 people and I was told the charge for gel would be $10 and when rang up was charged $25. I even tipped on top of what I ended up paying!! Very dissatisfied and don’t recommend this nail shop at all !!Services: Manicure

I walked in they was rude from the get go. Tech who now I know is Tom…was rough and rude the nails ? Hideous. It was like he didn’t even want to do his job and I was bothering him. Kept pushing my fingers super hard to where he wanted them even when I would say ouch he just kept going. Even when I tipped them $20 regardless of the terrible treatment they didn’t even bother say thank you….Save your money this place if terrible.Service: Acrylic nails

The service and final results are trash. I confirmed they did powder dip nails before I sat down but she gave me the powder acrylic. The tech was incredibly rough and filed my nails til the were paper thin and my pink bled. Never would I ever recommend anyone going there. Overpriced, painful and incorrect service- I hated it.

I had a 1:00 pedicure appointment. When I arrived I was told to sign in and sit down in one of the stations. By 1:15 no one came by or acknowledged me. I left. No one even questioned why I was leaving or why I had been sitting at a station with my shoes off. I don't think anyone is paying attention to customers.

2nd time as a walkin..wait wasn't bad 30-40mins max. Had Ms Lisa which is an exceptional tech. Every tech including Mr Tom are all very nice and professional. I enjoy the services. I will return monthly.

Terrible service been coming for a year and will never come back ! I asked for my nails to be filed she said she couldn't then made my eyebrows way too thin! Tom was very rude ignored my complaint said he's never seen me before , walked away as i was talking to him

First let me start off by saying Lisa is the best pedicurist in world & the other staff is amazing!!! However the amount of disrespect & unprofessionalism that’s displayed towards black women & children from Tom at Toms Nails in North Versailles is crazy every time I get my feet done I overhear him raising his voice or being aggressive towards black women all of the other staff are professional and amazing but we need to spend our money else where because he clearly doesn’t value our businessService: Pedicures

This place is the worst! Do not go here! Tom is extremely rude. He tries to be a comedian but he’s not funny and if you don’t laugh at his jokes he gets mad. He insults customers to other customers. He’s very rough when doing nails. He doesn’t listen to how you want your nails he just assumes he knows best. Also this place is always understaffed and the wait times are extremely long. They do not clean the pedicure chairs or tools. Toms wife cannot do nails either she’s very rough and the quality of her manicures and full sets are not optimal. Finally your acrylic nails won’t last they will fall off after a few days! Yuck save your money this place is definitely not worth it.Services: Manicure
