So, this office has stolen multiple items that were meant for ebay buyers, as well as refusing to give me mail when I come in with the slip for it left on my door : ( I was told they do not care nor do they know where my letter is.

I spent YEARS trying to figure how to efficiently and economically mail things through USPS, because they're cheaper and more reliable than competitors, BUT their system is so confusing.
Stephanie sorted me out in 10 minutes and I even feel like I could bother her again with questions because she's actually very friendly. The other girl seemed nice too. Good P.O.

Stephanie was a legend and got my little hot wheels car off to Maryland or wherever in like 3 seconds after walking in the door! I hope she wins the lottery

I’m extremely disappointed with the ongoing issues and lack of accountability at my local post office. The staff consistently demonstrates a nonchalant “figure it out yourself” attitude and takes little to no responsibility when problems arise.
I’ve received multiple damaged packages recently. Not once did anyone at the post office acknowledge or apologize for the condition in which they arrived. In one instance, I found a plastic bag in my mailbox with a generic written apology for the damage—completely impersonal and unacceptable.
Even more concerning is my current situation regarding an expedited passport, which is time-sensitive due to emergent travel plans. According to the tracking information, it was scheduled to arrive at my residence on July 7th, but it is now missing, and no one at the post office can locate it. When I went in person for help, the staff was dismissive and offered no real assistance—simply telling me to “wait until Monday” and, if it doesn’t arrive, to file a missing mail report online.
Thankfully, when I called the USPS 1-800 customer service number, I spoke with Julie, who was professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She informed me that the local staff should have advised me to submitted a service request immediately to begin an investigation into my missing passport. This was never mentioned to me.
The lack of urgency and care regarding a government-issued document—especially one as sensitive and essential as a passport—is deeply troubling. I am requesting that this matter be addressed promptly and that the conduct of this particular branch be reviewed.

Not once has a package been successfully delivered to my address when I order anything. I have tried signing online approving delivery, writing in instructions leave at locked door, put in mail box etc etc and they never do. They tried saying they couldn't put it in the mailbox because someone else's package was there but my package could literally fit inside my mailbox it was an envelope as have been several of my packages. I have been fighting with this exact post office and mail carrier non stop and followed all instructions by post office and they still will not deliver any of my packages!!!! I am so sick of this immature pettiness.

Ladies and gentlemen, gather 'round for a truly unforgettable performance at the USPS office in North Versailles, PA, where the star of the show is none other than the legendary Amber Zupan Postmaster. If you're looking for a rollercoaster of frustration and disbelief, this is the place to be!Enter the scene: a seemingly simple package delivery. Little did I know, I was about to step into a world of comedy gold, with Amber Zupan taking center stage as the grumpy diva of unhelpful customer service. Bravo, Amber, bravo!First off, let's talk about Amber's attitude. Move over, grumpy cat, because Amber has mastered the art of the withering glare. With a glare that could turn ice into steam, she managed to take "rude" to a whole new level. It was as if she had a secret mission to make everyone's day just a little bit worse. Now, the plot thickens. I was told my package had been delivered. Oh, what a delightful twist! The package fairy must have swooped in, because the package was nowhere to be found. And when I dared to ask Amber for assistance? Cue the dramatic music, because here comes the crescendo of unhelpfulness! She shut down any semblance of a solution with all the grace of a bull in a china shop.In the grand finale of this sidesplitting comedy, Amber's performance reached new heights of absurdity. Not only did she dismiss my concerns with a flick of her non-existent customer service wand, but she left me flabbergasted by her unwillingness to even lift a finger to help. I must say, her commitment to her role was truly Oscar-worthy.As I left the USPS office, I couldn't help but marvel at the spectacle I had just witnessed. Amber Zupan, you are a true maestro of terrible customer service, a master of inconvenience, and a virtuoso of baffling behavior. If this were a comedy club, your stand-up routine would be the stuff of legends. So, dear readers, if you're ever in need of a good laugh, head over to the USPS office in North Versailles, PA. But beware - Amber Zupan's performance might leave you with tears of frustration and an unforgettable memory of the worst customer service experience you'll ever have. Brava, Amber, brava! Encore? Maybe not.

My recent encounter with Postmaster Amber Zupan at the North Versailles post office left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. I had an unfortunate experience dealing with USPS, and her lack of compassion and empathy only exacerbated the situation.I sold a valuable watch to a buyer in the same neighborhood and took every precaution to ensure its safe delivery. The package was marked for a required signature upon delivery, with a $1000 value. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when the USPS delivery driver on Amber Zupan's team allegedly forged a delivery signature and hid the package under a table on the side of the house. When I reached out to Amber for assistance and understanding, I was met with a shocking lack of empathy. She refused to acknowledge the gravity of the situation, where not only was I out of a valuable product but also had to bear seller fees, delivery fees, and a refund to the buyer. Her dismissive attitude and raised voice made it clear that my concerns were falling on deaf ears. What was even more disappointing was her refusal to engage in finding a solution. Instead of assisting me in rectifying the situation, Amber chose to raise her voice, shut down my attempts to communicate, and even hung up on me twice. It was evident that customer service was the last thing on her mind.In my pursuit of justice, I filed a formal complaint with USPS, hoping for a resolution to this debacle. The entire experience was made worse by Amber's lack of professionalism and refusal to take responsibility for the negligence that transpired under her watch. To anyone reading this review and considering visiting the North Versailles post office, be wary of the treatment you might receive from Amber Zupan. I sincerely hope that future customers are spared from the frustration and disappointment that I endured. Amber, if you happen to come across this, know that your actions have left a lasting negative impression. I hope you find the growth and change you need to provide better service in the future.A disappointed customer with a lost $1000 watch

I always come to this post office instead of several closer ones. The parking lot is accessible and the workers here go out of their way to help you. They are so efficient! Hard to leave without a smile.

I really like this post office and love our mailman! When I drop mail at this post office it is ALWAYS delivered in 24 hours or less! They are friendly & quick! You are in and out in few minutes & lots of parking. Or just drive past the outdoor mailboxes & open ur window & pop them in! How easy is that? Very reliable post office.
