This pharmacy deserves five stars simply because they are open until 7pm on Saturdays. All the other pharmacies in Pittsburgh close at 6pm (shocking to me, too). This really saved our day/night...and they also have stickers for toddlers medicine!

I am not a Walmart shopper and I will never be a Walmart shopper. However, yesterday I found myself having to driving from Monroeville to north Versailles Walmart to take my granddaughter to get her second COVID-19 booster because that's where she got her other vaccine. Now before I get into the way they treated me yesterday I have to say that their lack of care and professionalism has always been on full display. You might ask how I know this if I'm not a Walmart shopper. Here's how I know. I spent five miserable years having to take my special needs clients to Walmart because that's where they shopped. The staff in the pharmacy is down right evil. I don't know if they're so mean because they don't like black people or their job or both. Anyway, yesterday I arrived there with my granddaughter at ten minutes past four. The pharmacist told me that they couldn't give my granddaughter the vaccine because they stop taking walk-ins at four o'clock so come back tomorrow. I told her that it's only ten minutes past four and with my work schedule I can't come back tomorrow. I begged her to please make an exception to no avail. She said that they have to start taking appointments now. I purposely stayed there to see if anyone was going to check in for an appointment and no one came to the pharmacy. I even asked the pharmacist if we could wait to see if her appointment didn't show up and if not could we take that slot. She told me no. Just flat out no.This pharmacist spent fifteen minutes insisting that we couldn't get the vaccine and no one was there waiting to be seen for an appointment. She spent fifteen minutes insisting that their appointments start at four and are in fifteen minute increments. I'm still standing at her window trying to get this vaccine for my granddaughter and now the pharmacist is taking a very unperfessional tone and telling me to find some other pharmacy to go to. Walmart pharmacy staff shouldn't even be trusted to fill prescriptions.

The staff was very helpful in explaining my daughter's new medicine to her and I. They took the time to answer her questions and made her feel comfortable with it. My only complaints are that they talked down to her (she's autistic) and the cashier was very rude to her and wouldn't take her money for her copay from her. She acted like she was contagious. The pharmacist helped me find a vitamin that she needed when he didn't have to.

The superstore pharmacy is essential. The rest of the store is not. Getting your meds was deemed #essential and they did an a.o.k. job.

This staff is terribly rude. Every time I come to pick up my prescriptions I have an issue with pricing or my prescriptions being "expired" with over 6 refills remaining. The staff gives me false information and makes me waste my time calling my providers for refills that already exist in their system. To top off them making me waste my time waiting for prescriptions that I have received "ready to be picked up" messages for they are RUDE! Will not be coming here again.

I have a herniated disc at C7 that is pinching the nerve to my right arm. It started minor until my rhomboid strained. After seeing the neurologist my PCP prescribed more hydrocodone. When I went to fill it they very haughtily asked if this was for my shoulder. I advised it was my spine but yeah. They called around for over 30 minutes to verify the prescription. I felt so belittled and embarrassed I did not seek more and tried to stretch a week supply to surgery 3 weeks later.

They we're not friendly at all. Fairly busy with only one person working. People were crowded around waiting for medications.

The pharmacist at North Versailles is uneducated and did not know hydrocodone is available in a dosage of 5/325. Apparently she is unaware of Norco.
