I placed an online order for pick up as we had a very busy night. When I arrived the employee handed me my order and off I went. My name was on the ticket with all 4 items listed. When I returned home with the food for my family I found that we were missing an item from my order. Not only has the quality of service gone down, but the food quality and the serving size has diminished over the years.The worst part is when you want to report the issue it is done through an automated texting system. I could not call anyone at the restaurant to ask if there was an item left there, I could only go through a computer. They (an automated email) did offer a coupon for a free item on our next order, however there is an expiration date on the coupon. I do not plan on returning to Chipotle as our last several experiences have not been positive, and it does not seem that a person cares about my problem as there is no way of having a conversation about the issue.I do not want a coupon; I want my family to have the dinner I ordered to eat together.

They are extremely ignorant. I asked for a kids chicken quesadilla meal with the chicken on the side instead of in the quesadilla because my daughter doesn't eat the chicken when it's inside, but she will eat it on the side. I was refused to purchase it that way and was told I needed to buy extra chicken. I asked what the difference is and was not told an answer only said they could remake the quesadilla as a regular chicken one.... what? Obviously they don't understand kids. Whatever won't go back to this one..

I got 2 bowls.. they gave me pitiful portions of each and overcharge for everything… I’ve never had a chipotle do this.. I would not come back.. the workers were pleasant but the portions are not what they used to be and I’m somehow getting charged more. Double steak should be more than this.. I remember what it used to be. I asked for mild tomato and they gave me green salsa.

This location was out of items, They had a fague sign posted but it should list the outages and the person starting the order should tell you. I little extra customer service is helpful. Restaurant was dirty and trash over flowing.

Line was fairly long on a Thursday evening at 7:45pm. Probably waited in line for about 15 mins. As soon as we placed our orders, they told us they have no guac. After we finished our meals, the trash cans were overflowing and they were out of napkins. It was about as bad of an experience as I've had at any Chipotle and I've been to various locations at least a dozen times.

Feel like they skimp out way more than other chipotles. They forgot my chips and queso on multiple occasions as well. Sometimes it’s so crowded the mobile pickup runs like 20 mins behind.

Maybe have me half a bowl and had to ask for double everything just for them to slightly fill my bowl, avoid this chipotle at all costs.

Vegetarian options: Sofritas replace meat proteins, and all other options are vegetarian friendlyParking: Plenty of parking in the restaurant lot, plus there is parking at the shopping center the restaurant is located in.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly food and drink options, including kids' meals.

I've utilized both pickup and delivery services from this establishment on multiple occasions over the past month. Unfortunately, the pickup experience was disappointing; the packaging was inadequate, giving the impression that our bowls were only half-filled, and our burrito bowls appeared as though they had been excessively shaken or flipped. When it comes to delivery, we've consistently encountered delays, and most recently, we received an entirely incorrect order meant for someone else. When we contact them through chat, we get ignorant answers and “offers” for free chips. The second we mention a refund, they keep repeating that they can’t refund and disconnect the chat. Horrid customer service experience.

Service is the worst ive ever seen. If your going to online order, dont even bother. Wait times are so much longer than promised. Waited for 30 mins after my promised time. Kept saying its coming but no one else was waiting for their online order…
