This place have some really good shoes. However, I have to order most of mine from online because it’s rare for them to have the pair in my size. The good part is that I am able to have DSW to order them for me. Another plus is that the return is no hassle if the shoes do not fit. The only issue with that is you have to wait 7 business days for it to reflect in your account.

What happened to this great store?! I hadn't been in for about a year or a little more and was unpleasantly surprised when I went in recently. I felt like I was entering a discount warehouse when I walked in because there weren't the nice displays at the front and everything seemed disorganized. To make it worse, the floor was littered with bits of paper, plastic sticks from shoes, and pairs of shoes. Overall the floor and entire store looked dirty. I also noticed that they didn't have as many different brands as before and seemed to be just selling a lot of pairs of the same style from fewer companies. Yes, it does have a much larger selection than other places but what a disappointment. This was always my go-to shoe store.

I have nothing against the store, but the woman at the counter told me That I’m not able to exchange the shoes to a smaller size without paying more for it. They did not have the shoe in the store, and if she had to order it online I had to pay a different price. It did not make sense because any other DSW I went to ordered the shoes in your needed size with the price that they have it in store and ship it for free. I was able to do it at another location with no issues.

Nice store great selection of shoes, but once you get to counter and or have to return something, certain staff not that friendly, one woman C no smile, miserable written on her face! attitude could cut you like a knife! But since I don’t have to wake up next to her miserable ? behind, I will continue to shop there one miserable person don’t stopNo show! Love DSW!
