Day, after day, after day, after day... the FedEx location enters "Future Delivery Requested", when no such request was made. Clearly they are understaffed or just unwilling to do the work.

FedEx delivered an empty box after they STOLE my new phone from inside ???. I even waited by the door all morning to make sure I got the package the moment it arrived.

my grandson never got his bike for christmas !Tracked it to north wales and out for delivery on 12/18 at 6 am Delivery exception at 6 pm ! No further info! went to north wales try to pick up and they said it got sent back to Lehigh deemed fraudulent no explanation ! But gave me a fake delivery date still for 12/22 at 11 50 pm! Contacted Walmart , they were told package got lost! Sure it was stolen and some other kid had a nice Christmas!

My package was delivered somewhere else and my tracking says it has been delivered. This is absolutely ridiculous. They need to retrack it and deliver it back to me.

The delivery drivers blatantly steal packages and nothing is done about it. My packages get marked as "delivered" then when I check the tracking, the "proof of delivery" picture is always a random photo from the driver with no package in the photo. I even check my security camera footage for the whole day and no driver has gone past my home. (The photos attached to this review are the "proof of delivery" photos I get from FedEx which aren't even in my neighborhood)

How can the delivery person NOT find me??!! Additional instructions were provided for clarity, I signed up for FedEx text/email notifications. Im 1 of 4 ginormous mailboxes, my name and Unit Number, in clear, block letters. It even has a small dedicated parking lot!7 days to arrive, and all of 10 minutes near my location. "7:34 am can't locate, 8:06, back to last drop location"?From 10am the same day, until 4 pm, 3 phone calls, now involving the sender, its tomorrow , end of day. I hope. Vacation delayed.

They are thieves! They put fake delivery attempts in their computers. I got video proof that they never came to my home and made a delivery attempt. FedEx is TERRIBLE!!!!!!! If a customer ships FEDEX, you can forget about that and your money.

This FedEx hub is SHADY. A chewy package was expected to be delivered on Thursday, then it says "future delivery date requested". By who? Cause it wasn't me. The customer service number is a joke, every time I call it's "8pm tomorrow ma'am" and the representatives are not even on this continent. They give the same answer every time, same excuse. It's now MONDAY, says package was delivered except..no package. It's a 50lbs box so I know a porch pirate didn't grab it. I checked my security cameras, a FedEx truck drove BY my house at 1:09pm but didn't stop here and drop off a box. I called customer service again, she tells me sometimes the driver marks it as delivered when they're on their way. Oh really? That's interesting. I called and filed a report with Chewy and they're sending me a new box but who knows when I'll see that one because it's also coming FedEx!

Fedex driver appeared on my Ring camera minutes ago, leaving the package in the middle of the driveway.!!!!!!! This is horrible!!! I called customer service to report this.

this rating should be in the Negative but 1 star is always the lowest. FedEx is the worst Delivery service... I wish there were stronger words to discribe how terrible they really are. I have been a 24 hour care giver for my Mother (who is in her Nineties) since Nov 2020. We rarely get out anymore and I cannot leave her for more than a half hour, so I order all of my non-perishables online, mostly through Vitacost. They use FedEx for Delivery (most of time), of which I have complained more than a Dozen times over the past 2 years. Every time I order jars (apple sauce, juices, etc) they are SMASHED in the DESTROYED boxes left on my front porch (left on my porch doesn't decribe it... it's more like DROPPED and wherever it lands that's delivered). I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF CLEANING UP THE MESS on my Front Porch (not only dig through the boxes to find the salvagable items, but then wash off the porch with a bucket of hot water). Then I HAVE TO TAKE PICTURES to PROVE to Vitacost THE CONDITION of the BOXES and ALL THE SMASHED BOTTLES that I need replaced!!! FedEx WILL NOT return the boxes and NO ONE will CLEAN UP THE MESS ON MY FRONT PORCH! I even caught the FedEx truck in front of my house delivering several times and one time it was the manager... he told me that it's not there fault and each company has insurance on the boxes delivered SO Call the Company and they will refund my money. Then this past time I actually saw the FedEx truck pull up, I video taped the Driver DROPPING the 1st box on my front porch, and while he went back to the truck to get the 2nd box, I ripped opened that 1st box and pulled out one of the plastic zip top bags with 2 SMASHED Glasses bottles of juice floating halfway up the bag... he looked at it and said "it's not my fault". I was livid and yelled at him to TAKE THESE BOXES AND RETURN THEM to Vitacost! He took them, put them back on the FedEx Truck and drove away (this was a Sunday). Monday afternoon, I went out for my mail and THERE WERE those 2 boxes sitting on my front porch (the one that I ripped open Sunday, was still ripped open) ... it's SO UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!! BOTH Boxes had SMASHED Glass juice bottles in plastic bags! This is NOT THE FIRST TIME... this is a CONTINUAL thing with FedEx every-time I get fragile items delivered by them! A few times Vitacost used that new Delivery Service "Veho" and NOT ONE Damaged Box NOR WAS ANYTHING SMASHED UP in those boxes. Veho neatly placed & stacked them in the corner of my front porch. I don't understand WHY Vitacost continues to go back and use FedEx??????

Never delivered on time - never delivered without damage. WORST Shipping company out there - yes worse than USPS!Often times they mark packages delivered and "re-attempt" days later. Other times they deliver on a Sunday when in the system and on the label it says NO SUNDAY deliveries. They will abandoned packages who knows where and leave hundreds of dollars of merchandise left out in the rain un-covered. Different driver every day - that is IF you can spot the truck as it ditches and runs! Never checks to see if I have packages going out either. Worst delivery service without a doubt.Best part is customs wants duty fees for incoming packages they lose, damage and otherwise take MONTHS to deliver. Take those fees out of the thousands of damaged goods you never pay insurance on!GET F-ED FEDEX!

My Package has been loaded and unloaded on their truck for 7 days in a row. The first 5 times I was told they had a staffing shortage and my package would be delivered next day. Next day the package did not come again, when I called I was told the package was loaded onto the wrong vehicle and would for sure come the following day. SURPRISE still no package! Called again and was told my package was loaded onto the wrong vehicle again. Telephone representative suggested pickup for tomorrow. Hoping it will be there, but based on my prior experience with this location, chances are slim. THE WORST

Worst delivery service. No notice when driver arrived at our apartment building. No doorbell, no knock. A torn up, coffee stained door tag with no information at all. No way to get a message to FedEx. No way to find out what I have to do to receive my delivery.
