Went to the store arrived 10 min before close and asked to have 4 pages of very important docs copied.i was told they would not do it because they close soon,no one else in the store.i replied but your not closed now and no one is here this is important to me only take a few minutes.rude atentent said nope can't do it because they need to lock the door in a few minutes I let me leave pissed with out apology and staples is far cheaper go there.should be negative star rating

The gentleman who worked there with the long dark hair was extremely nice & helpful. I was in and out in under a minute.

I went there 5 minutes before closing and was told I have to complete all work within 5 minutes. Don’t feel friendly. If you have to close at certain time, you should shut the door ahead of time. You can’t let the customer in and refuse the service.

We went their 10 minutes prior closing the clerk says we don't have time for this. Keep in mind it only took about 5 minutes. The clerk charges me $242.73 for shipping to Australia. He didn't put signature required and this was the most expensive shipping he had. Use a different FedEx location or different vendor for international shipping. This people are scam

FedEx is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Repeated issues with deliveries over the years. Impossible to get a representative who can actually assist with an issue - all calls sent to an overseas call center. Recently had a package sent by vendor to the wrong address. Notified the sender while package was in transit - they contacted FedEx to have it re-directed to correct address. FedEx ignored request. Package went to Ft. Washington facility and they attempted to deliver it. Called Fed Ex to save them the trouble of attempting delivery to wrong address again - connected to overseas rep who said no record of sender contacting them. Called sender again - verified that they had contacted FedEx. Tried to call Ft. Washington facility, disconnected on several tires, eventually redirected overseas. Told no record of request from sender to redirect shipment to correct address. Still no resolution.

Worst customer service I have ever had! The worker had a tone with me and did not help me or offer solutions. Also accusatory of me trying to cheat the system. Very disrespectful.

Not accepted few boxes stating they have no space, but clearly plenty of room there . Surely they don’t want to move boxes which are about 40 lb. each. Start doing that excuse about few months ago. Probably previous Manager switched from that location. I’m pretty upset about that since it was one of best location I visited before.

Deposited 50 dollars in to make scans. All scanned documents were 12.83$. NEVER got money credited back to my account. Not the next day, not in 3-5 days. Never got my money back. When asked about it manager told me its not their problem. Manager was rude.

Very displeased with customer service team working at this location on the afternoon of 9.28. 24. I sent documents to the store prior to arriving to be printed. Upon arrival I was told that the document was too big and it would take hours to print. The document was a PowerPoint presentation that had 200 slides. I advised that I wanted 6 slides to a page so it would ultimately be about 30+ pages. I was informed that the printers there are not commercial grade and it would take several hours. I left the store disappointed and in disbelief at what the employees told me. It made no sense, as this is why consumers send larger files there to be printed. Needless to say, while searching for an alternate location to print my job, I realized that the store was closing in one hour and the employees just didn’t want to accept my job, despite being sent 2hrs prior to close. Very unfortunate and will not support this business again.

Not open during posted hours fix the hours you advertise so people don't get caught SOL after work trying to shop things
