That’s excellent Customer Service! Most places would just point you to where you need to go and of course I would never find it! I had a nice young man help me at the service desk. Then I had a nice lady help me find my bucket tool. I also got help in the cleaning isle. Then when I had trouble finding something else, there was a man standing at the front of the isles who helped me and when I thought I was finished he asked "anything else you need?" which reminded me of my shelf brackets that I forgot to put on the list. “Love the place but had a return, damaged product and they told me I had to take it to another store because they didn't have a replacement. Other wise I would have to pay restocking fee even tho it was damaged. It was a big piece of equipment I had to rent a trailer,when I got to the first store I took it off the trailer,I had asked the day before what to do and they said bring it in anytime,had to put it back on the trailer ,got charged more for the trailer because it took longer,I was frustrated over the whole deal”

“I shop here a LOT! But, I just had an especially great experience with my last order. I had scheduled a delivery of a vanity top online and it was delivered to me damaged. I called the store immediately and they worked with me to not only replace it, but drive to my house and swap it out! (I truly appreciate not having to get that bulky vanity in my car to return it!). “I am happy with the products here at Wescomfg.com. I am happy MOST of their products are made in USA and of good quality. The mini maxi movers were not and I am disappointed they do not have a nice compact consumer product. Amazon had this listed as Made in USA since Wesco does so much of USA made products and a distributor incorrectly told me they were. When I finally called Wescomfg.com they let me know that is was not and a few other options that may interest me. I will be back for other products that are not imported and am happy they still employ people in the USA that pay taxes to keep this country afloat. Their Cobras are nice and sturdy and do the job! THEY ARE NOT This company misinformed me that the product was made in USA. materialflow DOES not know their products they sell! Even their site is misleading I will never buy from materialflow.com, but will from Wescomfg.com when I want the truth!!! The REAL company is Wescomfg.com”
