As long as you don't need them 9 months out of the year, and nothing is abnormal on your return, they're fine. Other than that, they are irresponsible and will not help. Do not come to H and R Block. It is mismanaged from top to bottom. It took a conversation with a rude lady on the phone to make any progress. They will not stand by their services, and will ghost you if you have any issues after tax season. I'm not happy to be saying all of this. A company is only as good as they are capable when things stray from the norm. I see there are a lot of five star reviews here, and up until this year I was one, but this last season they have lost my trust completely.
