Staff members are noted for being extremely attentive, gracious, and professional, offering fast and personalized service to ensure customers are completely satisfied with fit and style. They are helpful with sizing, measurements, and last-minute needs. However, a significant concern was noted with delivery, where items arrived poorly packed in a plastic bag, resulting in damaged and wrinkled merchandise, which was found to be unacceptable and disappointing for the price.
