The store is great. The store is stocked well considering the mall attached to it is very near the end of its life. Montgomery mall when I was a child had every store filled and busy and named brand.... to now few stores 2 of the 4 big dept stores attached are gone long time ago and it's dark and dreary .... very sad to see ....
Thank god Macy's still survives.

Where are the sales associates? I try to get help. Nobody is around. I try to buy something at a check out counter. Nobody is around. This store is in a dying mall and will soon be closed.

There was no sales people around to help you. There were only 2 working the register for the whole ladies department. I wasted so much time walking around looking for things because of no sales floor assistance.

The store is nice and clean. But it seems that different macy locations have different clothing. I guess it's because of the clientele. This store didn't have what I wanted, so I went to Macy's in center city. I like the store, because I worked for Macy's when the company had a Macy's at plymouth meeting mall.

Store had plenty of inventory n there were actually staff that asked if you needed help.. great to see this day n age of the extinction of malls n department stores

Love macys the clearance and sales are fabulous, unfortunately it looks like they are going to be one of the macys closing it will be very upsetting

I love Macy’s and their products! They offer various discounts throughout the year and it is the place where I can find clothes, accessories, shoes and much more according to the season.
