“I stopped by the UPS Warrington location to drop off an Amazon return. It was the same item but came in two boxes. When I processed the return, Amazon only provided one shipping label. The employees provided a few options, but the best choice was to reprocess the return. I was on the phone with Amazon customer service for about 10 minutes, and the employees were extremely patient and helpful during this time. Excellent customer service, thank you!”

“My package shipped internationally from the USA to KSA quickly, without any issues.It reached KSA the very next day after the label was created, and it took only a week to travel locally inside KSA and reach the recipient. Plus, custom duty cleared in a day!The staff were very helpful and they knew exactly what kind of paperwork was needed to clear the package (Customs, etc.) at the desired location.My package was also handled with care. “I would like to say that most of these comments are not even common sense , if you are HOME in the comfort of your house and you WILLINGLY watch a driver be confused or even deliver it to the wrong house then … but Ya’ll complain . I had one issue and it got resolved IMMEDIATELY, the fedex drivers are always kind and always make sure our package is secure .”
