“I want to recognize an outstanding UPS employee! Their service was genuinely excellent—they handled everything with speed and precision. I was really impressed by how smoothly everything went. Please pass along my appreciation for their truly top-notch work! Her name is Payal”
“I had the occasion to visit the UPS store to return an Amazon item and I had the wrong QR code. Neel was very helpful, advising me how to get the information needed to make the return. He was extremely pleasant and I was so appreciative of his help.”
“The customer service is impeccable!!! It feels so good to go somewhere for a service and actually receive quality service from awesome people! They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services offered! Theresa C. (The Manager) is absolutely great at her role. She jumps right in when she hears a problem or concern and handles it! She backs her staff and follows through on what she says! I've gotten spoiled going there! My packages were getting delivered across the street to an apartment building when they clearly were addressed to the UPS STORE. She actually took the time to retrieve them. She explained she would look into it and she did! I've seen nothing but Team Work when I've gone and that is something to be valued! One Band One Sound! Thank you all for a job well done!”
“The UPS site in Harleysville is the best!! I am older and sometimes have trouble with the simple technology to do Amazon returns….. these folks are kind, patient and quick!! There is one young man in particular (don’t know his name) who goes the extra mile to help!! The owner is so kind, helpful as well!! Pleasure to do business with them!! In a grumpy world this is big smile!!”

“Outstanding customer service! We have used an array of services at this store (fax, notary, Amazon returns, etc.) and each staff member is always helpful, polite, hardworking and efficient! Highly recommend!”
“I used to always go to this UPS but then I moved to the next town over. The customer service was always 10/10. I recently received helped from Parrish and Gina with a large, sentimental mirror. They handled with care and were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this location!”
“I primarily use my local UPS store to drop off packages but today I needed assistance with packaging and shipping of several boxes of fragile items. The staff, particularly Om, were knowledgeable and patient, and handled my items with care. The items were packed and shipped the same day. I will definitely continue to trust this UPS location for all of my shipping needs.”
“Does fantastic printing. Highly recommend for anything like yard signs, stickers, flyers, and mailing. I used them as well for business cards and did a fantastic job”
“My first visit to this particular store on 6/27/26 introduced me to Brian.
Who, knew his job very well, was very polite, and took the extra time to assist me with my needs. Thank You Brian”
“After mistakenly going to a FedEx that did NOT do document printing bc dumb Google said they did, I came here. The employees are SO NICE. I LOVE THIS PLACE. I will always come here to print stuff! (My dumb printer is broken and I have tried and can't fix it. :( ) Anyway, I highly recommend this UPS store.”
“Almost always have a good experience here, friendly and efficient service. Last time I came in the shorter guy was kind of rude. First time seeing him, maybe just having a bad day who knows. Hope to continue having good experiences here, the regular guys are awesome!”

“I have visited this location twice and both times I was served by a very kind young lady by the name Shaire. She has always been so helpful and goes above and beyond. She exhibits true customer service and it shows that she's not only knowledgeable about her job but that she loves what she does. Thank you Shaire”
“The gentleman at the store was so kind and was so sweet to the kids I had with me that he even made sure they got lollipops. They were so excited. The staff is always pleasant at that location; this is the first time I took my nephews in and it was just cute”
“I live in the area and have always used this UPS. The staff is always so kind and helpful. Luke was so kind as to help get my larger packages out of my car! I highly recommend this particular UPS store!”

“I needed to return a package. I ran into a drive named Blue out and about and asked if he could swing by and grab it from my office. He followed me back to my office and took the package. Blue saved me a trip!”
