Best car wash!!!! My car has never been this clean! Anthony was great as soon as i pulled up! Definitely recommend this car wash!

$26 for the deluxe wash. Car was dripping wet when I exited. Took me two tries to find a vacuum that worked. Lady beside me also had to move to another one because hers wasn't working either. Second time this happened to me. Very disappointed.

I have a brand new car that is less than a month old that now has two chips on the hood after taking it here. Left a message. Waiting on a call back. Don’t take your car here. Oh, and it was still dirty, had to wash it myself after I got home.

New facility, wash is thorough and the vacuums mostly are powerful. Once in a while you get a weak vacuum but there is several sets so it's easy to find one that works well. Subscription is a good deal if you use it more than once a month.

I love going to this place. The staff is very helpful and the vacuums are very easy to use especially for a short guy like me.

I have a f150 sometimes they forget the extra dry to truck bed. Also on busy days I don't get the wash I paid for!

Please do not take your car through this car wash. My side mirror was damaged while going through. I spoke with Graham who wrote an incident report and told me they would get back to me in two days, never happened. I had to reach out several times only for Anthony to email me and say they were assuming zero responsibility for the damage. They claimed I had prior damage when my mirror was completely in tact prior to going through the car wash. They said they “reviewed footage” so I asked for them to send me the footage and they never did. Not that I really needed to see the footage because I watched my mirror break in real time while going through. Do not take your car here unless you want to risk it getting damaged in the process. To top it off, they still charged me for the car wash. I’m consulting an attorney. Unbelievable.

Poor quality wash, damaging paint, awful and not responsive customer service. Stay away from this place. The management does not care about customers.

I have a Pete's car wash subscription and usually go to the East Norriton location but happened to be up near the North Wales location and stopped by. Terrible decision. The line was SO long - took about 15 minutes to even get into the car wash. The wash itself also did a bad job. It left wax streaks on my car and did a poor job drying, so there were water spots as well when it finally air dried.

I tried Pet's today. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I had a wash and wax. The car looks great. There was no line when I was there. Very nice job.
