“After being kicked out of several USPS locations due to me wanting to mail 300 packages, I came across this office. The staff was very friendly and was able to provide the service that a post office should be able to provide.”

3801 W Skippack Pike, Skippack“It is easy to see why this post office has a perfect rating on Google. Absolutely fantastic Customer service, yet feels like your old hometown post office, like a Rockwell painting.Dean and Kenya are phenomenal and accommodate in every way they can to make sure you can pick up your packages easily, great job team. Keep it up.”

207 Glenside Ave, Wyncote“This particular post office takes me back to a simpler time. It’s a very small old fashion post office. It closes for lunch between 12:30pm-1pm. It’s basically run my one person who is very knowledgeable and friendly. The post office boxes are the old fashion style with a small glass window and a combination dial. The parking is decent and it’s never busy. I would highly recommend this location.”

1586 Sumneytown Pike, Kulpsville“We have used this Post Office for decades, since it’s location across the street by the Wawa to it’s current locationThe staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. The area has grown a lot since the 1980s but this Post Office has always kept its small town flavor if you take the time to get to know it”

26 E Germantown Pike, Plymouth Meeting“I needed a PO Box and was put off by the reviews BUT my experience was great. Jenipher was kind and helpful. I liked the small town / personal feel inside the post office. My only complaint is that I have such short hours to access my box. With my schedule, I can't get there before it closes and it's not open on Sunday.”
“Conveniently located on the main street of Conshohocken, the Post Office has plenty of street parking. Inside, you'll find an old fashioned building that was prevalent at the time that it was built. Very nice lobby that allows for a quick moving waiting line. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Pleasant experience overall as always. I do all of my posting here.”

403 Morwood Rd, Earlington“The Earlington PA 18918 post office is like stepping back into time. It is a small quaint office, with a retail window and box service. The window is actually "dutch door". The clerks who have worked there over the past ten years have been a credit to the USPS. Thanks to all for great service.”

2300 Potshop Ln, Norristown“Sharday is so amazing! Her customer service skills are beyond excellent. Getting a new key for my mailbox was new to me and she helped me so much. Not only is she a rockstar but she rocked it on a Monday morning!!!! Thank you so much Sharday”
“So nice and friendly. They were able to process my wedding invitations via hand cancelling and I am so pleased. I went to another post office (in Chestnut Hill---stay away...) and they were far less willing to help me navigate the sending of invitations. I will be back!”

600 Oak Dr, Harleysville“I have lived in Harleysville for 19 years and have always found the staff very pleasant ( especially Cindy) .Sometimes there are lines, but due to cutbacks it’s expected . There has been “fill in “ staff occasionally and maybe not as experienced. Cannot believe some of these nasty comments !!!!”
8AM - 12PM 2 - 5PM
527 Plymouth Rd, Gwynedd Valley“After using the post office for over 3 years I can say that I have never felt more welcome then I have there. I have been able to manage all my mail there and everyone including most of the public are friendly. I do wish that they could stay open till 6pm on week days but I am fortunate enough to be able to manage.”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
1407 Bruce Rd, Oreland“It's a cute square building. It has rental mailbox, package services, mailing services, and “ring a bell†for service. One lone employee showed up after I rang a bell. My friend rents a mailbox there.”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
104 Bethlehem Pike, Colmar“Went recently for our passport applications and we had absolutely no issues. I’m assuming some of the other reviews are just outdated or exaggerated. The staff was very nice and had us in and out in about 15 minutes. If you want your passport application to go smoothly, be prepared! You can fill out your forms electronically on the US government passport website and have it printed out before arriving. Also, make sure you have all of the identification paperwork needed and make copies (front and back) to save yourself and the employees time. Don’t show up unorganized and missing items, it’s unnecessary wasted time. Also, book an appointment for your visit. Trust me, you can think ahead and do this step. You’re going to help yourself a ton.Like I said, people who had a bad experience must have been people who showed up without an appointment, had to wait (understandably), and/or came unprepared. The employees doing the passports are the same ones running the main desk so they’re doing double duty. The least you can do is come prepared and make all of your lives easier.”
7:30AM - 4:30PM
446 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill“Had some issues getting mail delivered from the USPS Conshohocken Depot due to road construction. The Lafayette Hill office was a huge help in sorting out the mess and finding the missing packages. Shout out to Rondel for his all his help even though the office was about to close.”

700 E Butler Ave # 1, Doylestown“A little hard to find because they don’t have a sign outside (since on the university campus) but a great experience nonetheless. A very kind gentleman helped me, and was the epitome is customer service. Keep in mind this is a cash only location.”

8AM - 4:30PM
45 N Main St, Hatfield“I lived in this area yrs ago, it was always nice to come to the post office. They weren't miserable like some places. always cracking jokes and doing the best they could even understaffed.Years later, i did come by since i was in the area and it was still the same ppl there and still cheerful. I do recall my mail lady, she was tall and blonde, she was always cheerful while doing her rounds even when it was 100F outside.”
8:15AM - 4:45PM
200 W Butler Pike, Ambler“I have business once a month in the Ambler area and have used this post office twice now for shipping sensitive documents and gifts and I can't say enough good things. Both times it was mid-day on a weekday in the Summer and I had the same shorter, blonde woman who was super helpful and told me the best options for the best price. We ended up talking about a Beach Boys documentary and other music related topics. Super friendly person. If there was a downside, it would be the fluorescent lighting, like at most USPS locations. It makes it less inviting and radiates more of a cold vibe, as it does at this location. But the female employee at the front counter, balances that out with her pleasant demeanor. USPS, get some warmer cost-efficient lighting!”
9AM - 1PM
1613 Wadsworth Ave Ste 1, Philadelphia“Mrs Williams is a jewel!! I never have any trouble doing business here, when it’s open. Hours are spotty which makes me sad. I don’t want to lose my local post office. ?”
“This is the closest US post office to my home and can't say anything bad about this place. Staff is super friendly and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I usually come after work so around 315pm and it is not that busy. Other US post offices are slow and crowded this one is the opposite.”
