I lost my key to my mailbox.
And I want to tell you something. They were nothing but helpful and got me my key and changed my mailbox right away. The Us Post office in North Wales, PA, they really do try to help you and make life a little easier for you.
I can't thank enough for their excellent service.

I drop off packages at this location almost daily and the ladies that work the counter are always professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They make my day! So sending a big thank you to these gals for being so awesome (even when the customers aren’t), they are a huge asset to your North Wales team!

Horrible. Misdelivered mail, inaccurate tracking info and mail is a crumpled mess that is just shoved in the box. If you hate your job do something else. For an agency with a large budget every year the service doesn't reflect it. Definitely not what it was decades ago.

Edited: SUCH THIEVES! THEY'VE LOST (OR STOLEN) MY PACKAGE AGAIN. THIS KEEPS HAPPENING OVER AND OVER, AND THEY DON'T DO A DAMN THING TO FIX IT!
I am incredibly disappointed with the service at this USPS office. I had a package picked up by a USPS carrier, and it has since been lost. Despite numerous attempts to track it down and multiple calls to the office, I have received nothing but vague answers and no resolution.
The staff has been unhelpful and seemed indifferent to the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. They provided no clear explanation for the loss and offered no real assistance in resolving the issue. It's clear that customer service is not a priority at this location.
Losing a package is bad enough, but the lack of accountability and poor communication has made this experience even worse. I will avoid using this USPS office in the future and recommend others to do the same if they value their time and peace of mind.

They recently lost 2 packages in 3 days, very rude service and their mailman throws packages at doorsteps.

This is the closest US post office to my home and can't say anything bad about this place. Staff is super friendly and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I usually come after work so around 315pm and it is not that busy. Other US post offices are slow and crowded this one is the opposite.

Everytime I have a parcel come in from overseas they need a recipient to pick it up. Usually i dont mind bececause they are usually big boxes but ive finally haded. TWO KEYCHAINS they couldnt afford to put in my box. I literally came outside and the mail person pulled away like is he daft or what. This is just infuriating, yes i am aware this is over keychains, but every god damn time this happens

Packages are constantly saying they have been delivered and are not. One package said it was delivered and the post office had it and never even tried to deliver it. Today I have a package stating it was delivered and yet again, not at my residence or my leasing office. This is the third time in 3 months I have had issues with my postman.

The mail service over the past year has been horrible. We’ve got 14 pieces of mail in one day that did not belong to us along with many other days of mail with the wrong delivery address. Today the mail was not just wet it was soaked with gravel jammed into it. They don’t deserve even one star.

I requested for a letter to be picked up, the post office person decided to just assume I wanted my blood test sample redelivered. I was told this information after 20min of waiting for them to "look" for it, causing me to be late to work. The post master then just decided to make decisions for me calling his post man and telling him to just leave it in my mailbox without me present.
