Employees in the office are friendly, helpful and accommodating however the billing department seems to have difficulty getting info snd payments correct! Check your statement especially if you provided private insurance coverage.

All those Shannon and Kelvin network in the office are excellent, I am not happy with the company getting me to sign up by giving me a lower price on a parking spot and then 2 months later raising me by 25%, that is not good business.

Wow, this is my first time using a storage unit and I was very nervous about getting the storage unit because of security reasons. Approaching this place, it was very nice clean and everyone there was very professional. I feel very comfortable with my stuff being in the storage unit and it is a very secure environment. Highly recommend prices are very good and fair. I appreciate them for doing the great work that they do. God bless.

Kelvin Ramirez was the agent I dealt with in North Wales, PA. He was great ! He was extremely knowledgeable about the business and this location in particular. He showed me my choices of locations in person and helped me pick the right spot based on my needs. He was very thorough with all the paperwork. He seemed very honest and was very genuine. I felt very relaxed and comfortable with him. Thanks Kelvin.

Customer service is always key!! Clearly, this management team has no clue. My Mom and I both have storage units in this subpar space which was an office building originally so some of the units have office doors instead of roll up doors so inspect the space BEFORE you pay. My Mom and i both have storage units in this place. We were paying approximately $400 per month for both units. To reward our loyalty, management increased our fees to nearly $600!! I called the office and spoke to a woman that identified herself as Shannon. I asked her if there was room to negotiate this ridiculous increase. She said yes that she would speak to her manager and get back to me in one week. It has now been one month and absolutely no response!! I was duped into believing that they would negotiate the cost, but it was pure nonsense.
Secure Space has banners offering new customers 50% off. Don't fall for it!! Once you incur the cost of moving your stuff in, you will be doing a u-turn to a new place!!
