I recently visited the bakery at the Wegmans near Montgomeryville mall. I needed some very specific items as I was buying some baked goods and breads for some pretty picky people, and some who have diet restrictions. A young lady named Rhiannon helped me, and she was so kind and patient and knowledgeable, it was obvious by the way she easily navigated every one of my concerns that she knew her job well. She was also nonchalantly straightening up shelves/merchandise as we went (tells me she takes pride in her work)- without skipping a beat in our conversation! What a refreshing change to interact with someone so in tune to the human customer in front of her!
Would recommend this bakery to anyone, and I’d encourage them to seek out this wonderful employee!

The best supermarket in the world!!! I won't buy meats or produce anywhere else. Great deli meats and the bakery!!! Forget your diet. Really nice employees. I have contacted Wegmans several times to let them know how nice their employees are!! Great prices everywhere in the store..

Some of the older really tan white women that work at the self checkout kiosk are very discriminatory. They were constantly approaching me at the self check out to coach me on how I needed to operate the kiosk. Self check out means I’m checking out by myself and unless I request your assistance, you don’t need to keep checking in especially when you seem to be so focused on me and nobody else. Likewise associates need to be trained on proper customer service, approaching customers who are in the middle of a phone call to interrupt them about bagging procedures is absolutely ridiculous and tacky. I could tell by the orange tan, I shouldn’t a high level of class or manners, but at the end of the day this is Wegmans and at this price point, the customer service needs to be at the highest tier

Bought a rotisserie chicken from this store today. Chicken was not fully cooked with red spots throughout the chicken. Had to throw it away. Won’t be buying this again.

It is one of the best supermarkets in the area. It has a lot of variety of products, it has very delicious food sectors, the bakery sector is the most recommended along with the cheese and cold cuts sector. The prices are very good and the service is very attentive by all the staff.
