Wegmans Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy around, way better than competitors like CVS and Walgreens. The staff is extremely kind, friendly, and works well as a team. They are very knowledgeable and provide helpful guidance. It is easy to get someone on the phone. They fill prescriptions very timely, always have the medicine needed, and communicate promptly about any issues. Their customer service is excellent, with staff going above and beyond. They offer an online account, easy ways to manage prescriptions, convenient curbside pickup, and home delivery. Their caring pharmacists provide vaccines for seniors, kids, and adults, plus Medicare Part D help and pet medications.
I had a great experience at this pharmacy. Mia, the pharmacy tech, was incredibly helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. She was so patient, knowledgeable and kind. The pharmacist and the rest of the staff were also wonderful. They made something confusing not so confusing. Highly recommend!

The pharmacists and staff here have always gone the extra mile. They are friendly, helpful and I never feel rushed. They let me know when my prescriptions are ready or if there will be a delay and they try to find the best price with discount cards whenever they can. I really appreciate them and I highly recommend them
