I came in to upgrade my phone this week and had a few complicating factors which Neel and Shrey did an amazing job of working through seemlessly. These guys are professional, patient, and really talented at what they do. They also gave me great deals on the new iPhone and my home WiFi. Very thankful for these guys and would highly recommend this Verizon location over all others locally.

This store is absolutely a flagship for verizon. The people bent over backwards to help me out and pick the right camera, a Galaxy S24 Ultra + and a new Galaxy tablet. I strongly recommend these warriors to EVERYONE

I live in Ohio. I went to this city twice by chance because of my work. When I first went, I got the job done very quickly, even though the store was very busy. The store manager and the owner of the store were very interested, friendly, solution-oriented. It didn't make any business difficult and was able to meet the needs of all customers professionally at the same time. As far as I can see, all the customers inside the store were satisfied.
When I first went to the store, I renewed my phone by trading. We definitely don't have the answer for every device and accessory you need. In the second attempt, I opened a new phone line, a new tablet and a new account. When I went second, everything was ready about accessories and devices.. He quickly solved the account transfer in seconds. We only had a digital approval problem with account opening. He solved the problem by calling customer service quickly and made me very happy. I really can't find the opportunity to make a better sentence for this store manager and owner. He is an excellent person, very friendly, he takes care of all customers one by one in a professional way, he is fast in accessories and devices and meets customer demands, very friendly and very friendly. I feel like I've been friends with him. I can make my third trip to this city only because of this store. I would like to thank Mr. Shrey for the excellent service experience he gave me. I will definitely come again.
I guarantee that it is a store where everyone can get a comfortable and friendly service, and I recommend it to everyone.

I just switched to Verizon from T-Mobile and I went to the store at Montgomeryville Mall. The employee Neel he helped me a lot with getting into the services. I took a family plan and had my mom and dad in it. He also helped us get new phones for 3 of us in good deals.
I would highly recommend to visit this store.
