Excellent staff Charles and Lisa were extremely helpful and very patient answered all my questions very knowledgeable. I can say I will never spend hours trying to get a human on the phone and when I managed to I got different answers and no resolution this store is a win-win. It’s worth your sanity.

Today at 4:45pm I went to enquire about my xfinity iPhone 14 mobile. The boy and the girl on the very first right desk starting mocking after I asked a question about the use of esim. They started laughing like they don’t value their customers. It’s so unprofessional. I thought xfinity has a class but I am disappointed. I left the store thinking I would never have xfinity service for myself n my family.

Was having issues getting my new install/transfer of services done over the phone. Popped into this location and Aaron and Bill were beyond helpful and got me a slightly lower price. Great customer service and were very patient with me and helping get my services set up.

Terrible experience. Went to return router, they scanned it. Waiting now for more than an hour as 5 customers got called up that came in after me.... crazy. Are they doing this because i am not buying anything. More than likely yes. Absoultely a terrible experience.

Ive never gotten Xfinity willingly but because of those deals apartments have with them that dont allow me to get any other service. Service is okay, but its always the employees that make the situation difficult. Unfortunately had them on 3 seperate occasions. They tell you things that are not true, they've shut off our service out of nowhere before for no reason, and now Im on the phone with customer service because this location signed me up for home security after denying the service. Just found out after my service was canceled when I was charged for the remainder of a camera I never had! The employees that sign you up are the ones that cause issues that you find out about later on. The employees you call to resolve your issues always do but their robot you struggle to get through is miserable. Xfinity needs a lot of work with training so there are no mistakes that customers have to deal with

Stopped in store recently to get two new phones (for myself and our daughter). Met with Kareem. He was so personable, knowledgeable and honest. In fact, he was so personable that I distracted him at times with conversation while he was setting up my phone. Our daughter’s phone was accidentally activated as well (she wanted to do that herself later since she wasn’t with me), so Kareem and the store’s Asst Manager, Sabatino (also a great guy!), worked to set up my daughter’s phone as well. She was concerned because she needed her phone for a fundraising event that evening in Philly. Kareem was visibly upset that he activated the phone and very apologetic, so he and Sabatino devised a plan that Kareem would finish setting up the phone, he would leave work early, and hand-deliver the new phone to our daughter at her apartment in the city. He did just that…at the exact time he said he would be there so she had it for her fundraiser! When he got to her apartment he was very apologetic and she was incredibly appreciative. Talk about customer service!!! Kareem and Sabatino are what customer service is all about! Highly recommend.

Had to go after work tonight 3 days before Christmas and boy it was it an episode. I had order the IPhone 14Pro and there were set up issues. Was there for an HOUR and about 15 MINUTES just to get my phone number transferred. Apple made it so difficult to do so but I had ?Annette Byers ? who was AMAZING ? . Annette kept trying different things and was on the phone with an Apple Representative who had to walked her though with resetting it and she never once showed frustration.? It seems to be an issue with the new series.??Great customer service doesn’t even begin to describe it. She was fantastic and definitely deserves some cut of the IPhone products since she was Genius Bar tech for a minute. Hint Hint Apple Take note Apple and get your merchandise in order before releasing it. Annette thank you so much for being the one who got it right!!

Would give a 0, if I could. Explained my problem and was told to wait. After waiting 1:45, found out the store couldn’t help me with Xfinity Home. Who is going to reimburse me for my time wasted? Worse than Apple Store which is saying something.

Just horrible customer service. And i too would give 0 if i could.Went to inquire about another promotion i was offered on the phone was told that it don't exist and was offered a hire price than what i pay and that to get it i had to pay more by renting their modem that i don't need since i own mine.Called for a manager and a shady employee called lidya i believe acted as if she is the one manager and gues her solution is if i don't like what they offer they can quickly cancel my account ?.I m puzzled on how comcast is allowing characters like this work at thier store and i m more puzzled on how many one star review this location do have and no body sames to be doing anything about it.

Maybe instead of worrying about your signage you take care of 1 of the many people waiting in line over 30 minutes. Having casual conversation about signs is disrespectful to customers who are waiting that long. You’re saying your signs are more important than your customers.

Nick is the most unhelpful, confrontational and aggressive customer Service Rep there. This was my worst experience ever !!!! Xfinity needs to hire people who actually want to help !!! Unbelievable that no one there can help..Also when employees are commenting about other customers and rolling their eyes in front of us it speaks volumes on the professionalism in this place .. Guess terrible service is the new normal ..
