The store manager and his crew were awesome. My parents drive a hybrid car that needed a new starter battery. The battery that was supposed to fit was not the right one. They called Toyota and worked out a solution. Offered my mom water because she sat in a hot car for 3 hours before we were able to get to Atuo zone, and a place to sit because of a medical condition she has. They were very friendly and went right to work. IBoth of my parents were EXTREMELY happy with the service highly recommend this store!!

Customer service has been lacking at most Auto parts stores for some time now. Also, half the time they don't really want to do their jobs.

Mr. Fitzgerald was wonderful not only did he replace my friends front light but he also noticed her car battery wasn't secured and went above and beyond to fix it, we are very greatful. Thank you so much, man needs a raise!

it was Thanksgiving and I was on my way to see my daughter in pgh when I noticed I had a turn signal out sovIvstoppedbat this store for help.The employee there I believe his name was Dwane he walkedvwith a came like me.This man spent 1/2 hour replacing a difficult bulb.When I ask if I could pay him he said have a Happy Thanksgiving with your daughter .This was beyond the call to help.I now buy all my autoparts at this store.Who would do this anywhere ellse.I thank Duane with all my heart. Great group of knowledge staff Ythabks again

All packed and ready to go on a trip, my car wouldn't start. Got it charged enough to get to AutoZone and they had the battery and changed it out for me. A lot of places won't do that. Michael B. was extremely knowledgeable, fast, funny, and kind. I tried to do all my car related business here.
