They can change rules anytime they want. if they wanna deny cash payment they can apparently. They Talk down to you, hang up on you, yell your prescription out loud for everyone to hear so yea if you want privacy don’t go there, which checks out when the pharmacist is wearing pajama pants to work I guess that’s the service to expect

The pharmacy in Northampton PA Store # 5743 is the absolute BEST CVS pharmacy I’ve ever used. They go above and beyond on a regular basis and are always very kind and patient even when the customer is stressed out. I appreciate them very much!!

The drive through was taking very long. I understand they are busy but it's better to close it if they can not attend to it, or at least add another lane. The guy behind me cussed me out for taking long and it wasn't even my fault. It is also always like this I have been through there multiple times. I will mainly be going inside now or just switch to a local grocery store or Newhard Pharmacy that is closer by.

Stay away!! Hospital called Rx to CVS in Northampton, PA. Picked- up Rx; price seemed high Went home to verify with insurance carrier; was told CVS charged more than 15-times price Went back to CVS to question; woman (while eating) looked-up the transaction Was told the issue was incorrect birth-date in CVS computer CVS left me feeling problem was mine Now I am left with thoughts about how many more past charges have been incorrect If CVS cannot get financial transaction correct how do I believe they can Rx formulary correct I would not recommend this store -- not certain about CVS as a chain of stores

Expensive as with all CVS stores. They have some neat stuff but there isn't much point going there unless you have a prescription since there's a gas station right next store and a dollar general a minute away

Their service is so-so. During peak hours the pick-up line at the pharmacy counter gets very long and moves pretty slowly. I've never been treated rudely by the associates though. I've watched them put up with a few aggravated customers and they handled the situations with courtesy. Not the best pharmacy I've ever been to but certainly not the worst.
