If you’re expecting anything except for a headache from this facility, you are mistaken. I’ve had multiple UPS USPS and Amazon deliveries with issues, and the issues resolved. Not with these clowns. I work in the logistics industry and this is just down right unacceptable. I had( 4 ) tires shipped to me from PA, and ( 3 ) out of the ( 4 ) successfully made the trip. Somehow the third has been unaccounted for. I live 83 miles from the hub and my next step is to drive there. I will never ever use FedEx ground again because of this embarrassing experience.

The FedEx Ground owner for this route needs to have his driver's follow thru with deliveries. Must of the time they use Business close excuse even if the business is open. The latest excuse is recepient requested hold. All lies. I have asked our vendors to use UPS G instead.

My package which contained a medical device was not delivered because the driver said that nobody was there to receive it. Boy did that driver lie because I am at a 24-hour facility with security and a front desk which I was there waiting on. They then sent a message saying that my package didn't need a signature and they could leave it at the door so if that was the case why didn't they do that. Now I have to rearrange my trip so I can wait to get my package because they're closed today.
FedEx service absolutely sucks.

Delivery instructions are consistently ignored. I requested that packages be put in the garage. The last package I received was left in the snow under the tree in the middle of the Woods. Attached is a photo.

The worst lazy and not trustworthy. They drive in and dump packages out of the truck. If it requires signature, they make one attempt and send back to where it came. If you call and tell them you want to pick up, they tell you package is there for you. When you get there, they tell you it was delivered early in the day and isn’t there.

FEDEX IS THE WORSE DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!FOR GOING ON 10 YEARS NOW I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A PACKAGE AT MY ADDRESS.THEY ALWAYS DELIVER MY PACKAGES TO THE WRONG HOUSE,THEY NEVER LOOK AT THE LABEL EVEN TO SEE INSTRUCTIONS TO EXACATLY WHERE MY HOUSE IS LOCATED,IM BEYOND PISSED OFF AT THIS POINT.

Terrible customer service. my package was sent to a house which has burned down and they wont let me retrieve my package from their facility or change the shipping address. UPS let me change the shipping addresses from the same company with 0 issues but with FedEx its a run around and not i have to hunt for my packages. never recommend FedEx to anyone

Im seeing everyone reviews and i agree. i order a package Thursday september 18th its now the 25th and my package has still not arrived , i honestly think the workers are stealing packages and this is sick .

Every time a package i am supposed to recieve comes through this hub, i never get it. Ends up being returned to sender. No explanation from customer support and address is correct. Had to have vendor ship ups to get my parcel. Avoid fedex at all costs, i was supposed to recieve a package again today and to no surprise, a delivery exception stating future delivery requested. I put y paycheck on it that it won't show up tomorrow either. Smh
