Trash. Just like everyone else, I get delayed packages, no-attempt deliveries, and the drivers literally are unable to drive on my driveway without turfing my lawn. The photo shows the second turf job after this driver crushed a pump drain hose. FedEx left me to eat the bill.My business is UPS-only, and this terminal is the reason why

Package was mis-delivered to this location and bouncing back and forth. These were live worms for feeding laboratory animals. Pretty sure they were dead by the time I got a phone call. I live close to the Northampton location, so I told them I would come pick it up first thing in the morning on my way into work. I arrived a bit before 8, confirmed with the security that I was in the right place and I waited outside the package pick up door for almost half an hour. As my picture shows, It was 8:20 when i took the photo, but the hours posted on the door state that they open at 8 for package pickup. There wasn't even a person inside who looked like they were just a little behind getting things ready, which I would have understood and been a little more patient.What made it worse was that I was obviously standing outside the locked door looking stressed out and pacing because I was waiting so long, and obviously not another worker waiting for a ride home or taking a cigarette break or something. Tons of people coming in and out, employees, and not a single person offered to assist me. They just stared at me and kept doing whatever they were doing.I couldn't wait anymore, as I was already running late to work, and just left... I'm going to have to have these worms sent back and I'm pretty sure we won't get refunded because they are dead.But I'm disappointed that I was explicitly told that I could come at 8 to pick up and there was no one there to unlock the door so I could at least wait inside. Employees should arrive to work on time, or have someone covering their spot if they can't. We all work and have our responsibilities. I did my part, you do yours.

Th delivery driver is a horrible person. I rarely use fedex and when I do it's not by choice unfortunately chewy uses them. I have a very disabled dog that "scared" the driver one in which he left the gate open for her to fall down the stairs and into the street while my 60 year old mother had to move a 60lb package that he left blocking her in the yard. if he was so afraid of my very wobbly 40lb dog why did he continue to sit in his truck with the door open while my dog was out as he was yelling at my mother. My instructions and a sign say to deliver packages to the back because the front entrance to my house belongs to my roommate and since I work long hours things get stolen from my front porch and is why I ask to have the items delivered to the back. no one ever calls me back so I am now going to go to the fedex building myself and bring my wobbly dog with me. constantly delivering my items to the wrong door after calling several times is not acceptable and I'm tired of nothing being done.

I had a package that was damaged in the shipping process, unfortunately original documents were part of the package and were lost since the package had to be repackaged. After going in person at my local FedEx location, I was impressed on the effort in helping me find these documents that were irreplaceable. I called Northampton and spoke with Amy who was very sweet and understanding, promised will look around and call me back. An hour later she calls me and tells me she has found my items just laying in a random box!! This was indeed a miracle, but the care I encountered with everyone at fedex and the human empathy, not just automated service, by far exceeded my expectations. If anything like this ever happens to you please call and speak to someone in person you will not be disappointed with their efforts!

Service call was answered in a another country and was difficult to hear and understand however the local carrier delivered my package on time. I give low stars for the telephone support.

I had a package that was damaged in the shipping process, unfortunately original documents were part of the package and were lost since the package had to be repackaged. After going in person at my local FedEx location, I was impressed on the effort in helping me find these documents that were irreplaceable. I called Northampton and spoke with Amy who was very sweet and understanding, promised will look around and call me back. An hour later she calls me and tells me she has found my items just laying in a random box!! This was indeed a miracle, but the care I encountered with everyone at fedex and the human empathy, not just automated service, by far exceeded my expectations. If anything like this ever happens to you please call and speak to someone in person you will not be disappointed with their efforts!

Positive post here..I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the FedEx drivers that start their routes every morning at Approximately 8am on willowbrook road.Every morning when driving my almost 3year old son to Daycare with his window down almost every single driver waves at my son and he gets so happy and excited, the smile on his face absolutely melts my heart.I just wanted to say thank you for making his morning every morning !! ❤️

I remember being able to call and pick up my package from over here when they failed to deliver on time. Seems that's not an option anymore. Call the number and you get an overseas helpline that reiterates what was said in the automated online chat. I just want my package and I'm willing to pick it up, what is up with FedEx??

I’ll never discredit the places that I’ve worked for in the past because it got me to where I am now. Although, I’ll give my honest feedback and this facility has given me a more accurate perspective towards people because working around miserable individuals here was a challenge that I’d endure thoroughly. With all do respect.

I got an email saying my item from ebay was delivered, but I searched outside several times and my package was nowhere to be found. I called Northampton FedEx and got an automated person said they would look into the issue. I haven't heard anything about this issue. They are an excuse for a company.

This place is a hot mess. No wonder turnover is so high. Workers throw your packages into the truck like they’re playing basketball. No instruction as to how to properly load the truck. Packages falling everywhere. Safety is not a priority, numbers are. They never close even for severe weather or major holidays. They don’t care about you.

Been waiting over 2 weeks for 2 tires,called FedEx and they failed to contact us to let us know they're considering it lost and now have to call Walmart to deal with them,I guess anyone from FedEx can lose or steal something and not be held accountable

FedEx truck hit my truck they don't have proof of insurance in truck. Then when I got the police report it didn't have the insurance phone number. I called FedEx they told me their going to take care of it. We'll see

The amount of traffic from this facility is mind blowing and it’s no where near done being built out. Their FedEx tractors trailers will travel every local but the ones they should be on. We will be dealing with the environmental damage from this warehouse and it’s two neighbors for generations..
