This place is dirty and the washer don't work they steal your money and the dryer eat your money I lost over 650 I'm furious this place is a dump and should be closed down I'm afraid I'll bring home something it's that dirty were the hell is the owner I want my money back ASAP got that

Not a 1 star. It's a negative 10 stars. Hope the owner or someone that works there sees this. Your machines eat peoples money then there is no number to call to let them know. I left a note the one time for the machines eating my money and took a picture of it and today the machines did it again. I will be there this Friday at 10 pm when they close the place to confront who ever locks it up and if I get nothing from them I will be pursuing legal actions due to no numbers to call when something is wrong and will contact Northampton city hall to have the place closed down. I still have the picture from 3 months ago. It will hold up. Try Me.

Never fails every time I come to this dump I get burnt for my money and there's no one around to reimburse me, they need to just knock it down already, all the equipment is older than my grandparents!!

I put a $10 bill in their changer and I received 6 quarters out. There is NO PHONE NUMBER to call for an owner or a property manager in the laundromat. Im so mad about this and I'll never go back. I call this a rip off or money laundering

Came 2 times and have lost money in the coin machine and washer. There is not contact information anywhere in the laundry to try and get reimbursed. Tried looking up on line and there is nothing available for contact.
