Went there for gas before work why is a 24 hour gas station closed at 3am with a sign up that says be back in 3mins yet I waited and saw no one. Went to quick shope instead they at least had staff to attend to me.

I called to see if they carry a certain product so I don't have to make a trip I don't even know why they have a phone when you call and nobody answers they must turn the ringer off so they don't have to hear the phone.

Turkey Hill in Northampton has remained unchanged for decades, literally. Other TH's in the Lehigh Valley have evolved and improved in many ways. Yet TH Northampton remains the same as it ever was. Plain. Basic. No frills. Home goods and auto supplies, canned soups, eggs, bacon, tp, paper plates are all way overpriced! And always will be as they are offered for conveniences. But $12.45 for a pound of bacon is way out of line. Same old store. Only the cashiers ever change.

This Turkey Hill doesn't entangle itself with it's competitions same old sales methodology instead, it seperates itself with: a friendly greeting, can-do spirit, & fair prices! Additionally, the store was clean and well organized!

Y'all are tripping?. You get what you payed for with Turkey Hill. It's understaffed and ran by a bunch of disgruntled high school students. It's fair to expect better, but you're expecting too much for a gas station. If you want something of higher quality, then go to wawa or something ?♀️

Most of the workers know what their doing however there are a few that don't have a clue. Very unpolite. I usually stop for coffee around 3-3:30am and cigarettes however I was told no, I don't start coffee until 4am...he said it twice while standing there with coffee grounds in his hand..so, I told I'll go somewhere else and I did. They lost out of a $30 sale... think I'm going to start going to Redners for now on.

Just went to turkey hill to get a drink and I needed an apple card so I could load it on the internet. There are gift cards at turkey hill. And the girl working there questioned me like I was a criminal, told me to give her back the card and said only she could load that card at turkey hill. Not what apple told me. But her weirdness suggests that not even apple themselves could load load an Apple card. Does turkey hill own the gift cards they have in their store? That ruined my day making an easy fix to turn out to be something left undone. And another issue with Northamptons turkey hill is why can't Northamptons turkey hill get a makeover it's still dirty and dumpy compared to all the other turkey hills. Who requests a makeover? When the employees were nice I didn't notice the dump so much.
