On their website, it states you can schedule Covid testing. I registered and scheduled a time for testing. I received a confirmation email of my appointment time. When I arrived at pharmacy they told me they don't do Covid testing at this location and I had to go to a drive thru Rite Aid site. I was very upset. Why would the Northampton website allow me to schedule an appointment when they don't even do testing. Customer service and their website info are not professional, efficient or up to date. Come on, Rite Aid, you can do better than this!
