Some people really love their vehicles, I'm one of those people. It is never easy when your car gets hit and you have to turn it over to someone to fix it.It is important that the shop is several things.....Professional, competent, caring, responsive and most important - Committed to solving the inevitable problems that Will Happen.My 2021 Toyota 4Runner suffered such a mishap on a trip back from Ft. Bragg NC almost a year ago. Covid, supply chain, parts, and paint matching (made difficult by Toyota) ALL played a part.I naively thought plug the paint code in to the computer and WaLa spray it on and all good. That was when Chad, Charlie and their Painter came out with a Ream of Color "chips" in a book like you get at the paint store. What's that I say? These are how many variants there are to Your paint code ALL different shades of the same Toyota color.Long story short - Thank you Charlie and your team. They stuck it out and we all stayed patient until we got what was a good outcome. A good shop can paint cars a Great shop can deal with all the problems that will arise and get the job done.Thank you again.Service: Painting”
