Went in July 24th thursday evening with my 2 year old. Upon entering the cashier lady just stares at me doesnt say hi or anything. When I approach the self check out the cashier lady tells me its closed with this voice tone like I was not allowed to walk over there. When its my turn for the counter I asked nice if the machine was down or something and she give me an attitude telling me no I want to shut it down for the night. Nothing else to say, does not greet me, does not ask me how im doing. Clearly the customer does not matter...all that matters in the world is she wants to shut down the self check out and nobody go over there. That's 1 star customer service from start to finish. Look everyone that walks through that door has a day in life with good and bad experiences. I don't need an adult CVS employee trying to make bad experiences for literally no reason...especially when I have my 2 year old with me. Will not be going here anymore.

Walking into CVS in Northumberland is always welcoming when entering in and very well organized. The sale prices are always up and if I ever need any assistants the ladies are great!

My local CVS always exceeds my expectations! The generous offers online, the great quality of products, the ease of order pick-up, the speedy delivery-all of it is a hallmark of the CVS, and I am their loyal customer now and in the future!

No body was working the counter I rang the bell several times looked around couldn’t find anybody went back to pharmacy counter they wouldn’t help said to go back up front ring bell I informed them I did that they said nothing else they could do I stood up there for another 10 min waiting not sure where person was hiding but they shouldn’t be working there if they don’t want to do their job this kind of service is unacceptable I will never go to this store again!

I love shopping at CVS Norry. The cashiers and pharmacy representatives are friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely kind. A big shout out to my ‘Jerry Garcia’ buddy, Rich! I love his energy and he’s never short on smiles. I shop there several times a week and would recommend this branch to anyone!

Went in today and waited at least 10 15 minutes and no cashier in sight. The guy in front of me ran the bell and nothing. He ended up leaving I waited a little longer and decided to leave myself. Not very professional

Pharmacist Peter B. Kistler was kind enough to "spot me" $10 when I was short on cash when picking up a prescription for my wife. That goes well above & beyond what is required. A true gentleman and a caring professional.

I was told Thursday my rx was going to be ready Friday, its now Monday and still no rx. Apparently we're to contact our state representative to get our rx in a timely manner and to stop cvs employees lying to us?
