I didn’t catch the other gentleman’s name but he was very kind as well. I will come to this location over any other USPS location simply because of the quick, friendly, and courteous service I received!”
“update: changing my review from 1 star to 4 because now there's a really nice lady there that always scans the packages :D but the ppl that don't scan them still work there |:(
Half the time they don’t scan my packages going into the system and then they loose them, but because they never scanned them to begin with the tracking says pre-transit and so when I call them they can’t do anything about it because they say I never dropped the packages off
(this has happened abt 30 times this year where the package was lost forever because they never scanned it after I dropped it off)
And sometimes the customer will get their package and tell me they got it and the tracking will STILL say it’s in pre-transit, idk y they can’t just scan them im paying them a lot of money each month”

“I had a package delivered by mistake to my neighbor across the street. She is honest and informed me she had the package. I, in turn, called our post office to let them know. Lucky me, I got Mike on the phone who was very upbeat. Also, kind, professional and handled the situation perfectly. Kudos to Mike at our Northumberland Post Office.”
