Very nice friendly people. Any questions you might have they can and will answer it for you.I like to say that our government took away or thirty dollars for the internet. Service Electric stepped up and thought of there customers and are going to give those of use that had the thirty dollars taken away. Service Electric is going to take 10.00 off our bills.Service electric, thank you so much for showing your customer they mean a lot to you.. Thank you! I have been a customer for years but they always schedule downtime of internet right when people are using it and never give anyone a notice about it then when call in they say to bad don’t want to hear it and don’t want to compensate because can’t use a service that pay for they are a terrible business

I will be gaming and internet crashes I had 2 routers and teach was just at my house yesterday I have to keep unplugging the router and plug it back in for it too work for like 4 to 5 hours

Internet is spotty as hell, it'll go out and not come back for hours even days at a time! Been a customer for 2 years and ever since the price decrease it's been doing this! I'll gladly pay the 99.95 a month if it means the Internet works this is stupid fix it or lose a customer!

Fast appointment time. The installer was on time and helped me understand the equipment. Having an app on your phone for the plume is convenient. Multiple promotional discounts helped with affording the first few months of moving into a new place.

Pleasant, friendly customer service representative via phone contact. She understood the issue and sent a technician to solve the problem (i.e. no cable signal). The technician who responded was very friendly and professional. He explained the problem (faulty cord connecting the cable box) and solved it within minutes with a new electrical connection. This was the same technician who a few months earlier had helped me identify the damage from a lightning strike that fried my earlier TV, then helped me sync my new Samsung Smart TV with the SECV cable system. Good vibes all around.

On Friday we received a new tv as a present and after trying to set it up we needed help. So we called your trouble shooting department and after talking with the girl decided she needed to send someone to our houseThat afternoon Ron arrived He was the most conscientious service man we have ever had since we moved here in 1971. He helped us get the tv working with our TDA and cable problem.Ron is a great employee for you. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and explained everything to us. Please let his boss know how pleased we are with Service Electric. Thank You!

Internet has been down since Friday. I have two accounts with service electric. Only reason for one star is customer service. Lady was rude rude rude. Tried to tell me we will be at one of the places between 9-5. Do better service electric! So update a service tech named Mark came out excellent service kind knowledgeable fixed the issue. Only problem I have is service electrics customer service out of their office. Learn to talk to people. Mark 5 stars!!

I had service from this company stopped by to pay a bill and informed the lady that I was going away for college and asked if there was away to hold the swrvice. She said yes I asked if I needed to bring anything back and she said no. Just let them know when I fully return and they will turn everything back on. Was out at school in Pittsburgh for 4 months came home to get some paperwork I needed and found a bill! Where they continued to charge me for those months and it was absurd. I took the equipment back.. I will never again use service electric. I thought everything was taken care of but apparently they hear free money and overcharge worthless company if I could give 0 stars I would

The service is much worse than in past. They changed to tivo streaming and it is horrible. Lost connection several times where it just buffered. Changed from 200 to 400 internet with no real change. Called and canceled after changing to other provider. The price on the website is not the same as they quote when getting the service. The tech came to get the equipment but was very rude. Never introduced himself as being with the company or even a simple hello. If it wasnt for knowing when he was coming and logo on shirt i would not have let him in. When i tried speaking with him he said nothing. Extremely rude! He just went and got the cable box out of basement and scanned everything then left without a word. Not so much as have a nice day or anything. Not only is the service bad but the customer service is as well. Although the lady i spoke with when i called to cancel service was pleasant. Extremely costly for just streaming service.

Have been waiting for about a month for them to connect the internet at our new house. Only internet choice around and they know it.
