Finding an EV-certified shop is not easy, and unlike Caliber Collision—who isn’t EV certified—Badell’s had the proper training, tools, and knowledge to handle my Lightning the right way.

Got a call on Wednesday saying my car is ready , got there and not only was it ready they also had it washed and detailed, those are the things that make me want to give them my business whenever I have a problem. “Walking in I was greeted and treated with the upmost respect possible from twin and a woman I forgot her name but she was really really nice he gave me a solid great deal on fixing and painting my car and wasn’t pushy on me getting the work done there He showed me around his body shop and I was amazed with his work this is a great place for all body/collision and painting. My vehicle was rear ended and pushed in bad I tried to spray paint it and they were able to fix my mistake thank you but when others said it wasn’t worth it they made it worth it I recommended this place for every one. “Great shop the only issue is that they use enterprise for rentals i had a extremely bad experience with enterprise falsely accusing me of stealing their car when the whole time they had the vehicle i had to call the cops to show the video on my phone proving i already left their vehicle with them on their property where they park all of the cars plus i know other people that's gone through worse i ask that if possible can caliber collision consider using another rental company”
“I can’t imagine there is any body shop out there with more informed and kind people than A Park Auto Body. Tom and crew took care of me from day 1 informing me about the process, the potential repairs, and reassuring me that the job would be done with top quality or not done at all.
Ultimately after their due diligence, the car was deemed at total loss but their support didn’t stop there. Tom gave me so many tips on car shopping, giving input on my thought process, and recommendations for getting tints done.

“I had a very bad day traveling long distance for work last week. Car engine started misfiring while on the NJ Turnpike. I was towed off and Caliper Collision was the nearest auto related shop I could find. Although they do not do engine repairs, they were so nice and helpful in spending the time to give me a complimentary engine diagnostic and confirm the specific engine issue.
I apologize I didn't remember the names of the front desk lady and the technician that helped me. While that day was overall horrible, thank you both for bringing some optimism into it! “5 stars really are not enough to Rate This Dealership. In todays world we all know that customer service is a rarity, most places make it seem like they are doing you a favor even though you are paying them. Ferrari of Philadelphia is an exception. Our experience from start to finish (and after) was exceptional, we were interested in a Used Corvette stingray that a customer traded into them, they treated us like we came to buy a $750K Ferrari. They didn't hassle us on the price we offered they were fair, upfront and very accommodating. Patrick in sales was exceptional, You get that he loves cars right away, loves working there and is all about getting the customer exactly what they want. Our car was sold as is because it was a bit older (they did offer extended warranties) and later after the purchase we noticed an issue with the dash Leather, someone had tried to repair it previously and it didn't look great, Patrick and the dealership immidiately said they would get it totally recovered for us and take care of it, Really this kind of dedication to the customer is unheard of these days. Also George is great in sales, such a genuinely nice guy, i would stay longer at the dealership to talk to them just because i enjoyed it, usually i can't wait to get away from car sales people. Hopefully one day i'll be back for an F8!! I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from them, thanks again.”
