“I love this amazing post office! They have a great selection of priority mail boxes on display and available at all times. The thoughtfulness of the staff even includes "Sharpie" markers available for use. The staff are genuinely helpful. It is never crowded, and no other post office comes close, especially if you need just the right box for shipping.”
“Good spot to drop off your amazon packages. Just make sure it is the PRINTED return slip. They do NOT do QR codes. Overall staff members greeted and informed me kindly.”

“I have never really had an issue with this place, except few years back their was terrible grumpy lady at the desk, that didn't say anything to you walked and acted like you are nuisance. I love my mail carriers though. I never had any major issues with packages being lost/or opened. they been damaged but i don't think it's necessarily their fault.”

“Always excellent customer service at the Oxford Post Office. Been a resident for 20+ years and I have always been greeted with a smile and courteous, friendly service. My daughter and I needed passport services, and the appointment booking process online was simple and efficient both times, as we had ours scheduled on different days.
We arrived on time and early in the AM. The woman and gentleman both took care of our passport needs efficiently and with great patience and kindness. They made the complex passport application very easy and quick!
Took our passport photos with a Polaroid instant camera, cropped the photo and completed the application verifications. You can tell they’re experts and I was impressed with how thorough and pleasant they both were to deal with. The whole process took 15 minutes, and they were incredibly patient to let the other post office customers know they’d be right with them. (Of course it helps that we had an early AM appointment to avoid the post office peak times and brought all the required docs and completed the application in advance. I can imagine the delays when people don’t come prepared and fill out the application onsite and require handholding through everything.)
As a comparison, I’ve frequented the Talleyville Wilmington DE post office several times (because closer to work) and the service is truly awful, slow and unfriendly due to rude, obnoxious USPS personnel.
Our mail carriers have always dropped off our packages on our porch and we have a short but windy driveway. Never had any issues with parcel delivery at our house.
We greatly appreciate the Oxford Post Office and their friendly service over the decades.”
