“Never had any issues, I stop there after work, extremely convenient, the guys are nice and when I have the extra cash im more than happy to tip the guys. Thank you all and ill actually be stopping by later today after work!”
“Great selection, and the fact that you can take your child with you and both walk out happy (myself with beer, them with pokemon cards) is outstanding. A+ in all aspects.”
“When I lived in Bellevue this was my go to. I know it has changed ownership as of the past few years but it seems to continue to run smoothly. Its a simple and reliable spot, they are open late-ish which helps also. Later the better but overall it's what you would expect from a drive through Distributor. I recommend.”
“Its a relatively small store. I wish their scotch selection was a bit larger. The staff was great and they seem to be following covid precautions pretty seriously.”
“Love this place! They have the best selections, great prices and awesome customer service. You can also get an alcoholic slushie to go and they do not disappoint!”

“Great store. Huge selection of wines and spirits here. From all the mixers to the accents. Your next occasion will be off right after a visit here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Wish they were all like this. I recommend this store for anyone looking to quench a strong thirst.”
“Ross Beverage has a very good selection of beer and mixed adult drinks, many are cooled ready for you to serve your company when you get home. The employees are very helpful, if you don't see what your looking for.”
“This place is an absolute gem! Whether you’re into local craft brews, rare imports, or just want something new to try, they’ve got it all. The selection is top-notch—well organized, always fresh, and constantly rotating in new options. The staff actually knows beer and is super helpful if you’re not sure what you’re in the mood for. I’ve discovered some of my new favorites just from their recommendations! Small town, local business, family owned and operated- places like these are the best, and I’m always happy to support them! Give them a try!”
“My favorite liquor store in Las Vegas, now here in Pittsburgh. The prices are still very competitive and they have good deals on seasonal liguor.Store employees are all pleasant and helpful.”
“Nice staff, great selection. I love how they sell singles of craft beer, it’s great. I just wish the singles were priced a little lower, some of the local beers are 8.50 a piece which is just too much.”
“Was a decent place to get beer until a manager told me to leave after I questioned his decision to sell beer that went from cold to warm after their fridges went out. He called me elitist for saying I write beer reviews. Not sure how you can be elitist for that, but okay. I did a bit of research on this subject after the manager responded (which was nice of him) and I stand partially corrected. It turns out that beer can go from cold to warm and not get 'skunked,' but in my experience--and many others'--there's a taste difference after going from cold to warm that's notable. It wasn't exactly cold in the shop; it was warm. But I'll err on the side of saying I have learned something from this exchange and I'll adjust my rating accordingly.”
“It's a high-end store that sells wine and liquor - the opposite of the depressing stores that come to mind when I hear the phrase liquor store. The staff were personable and knowledgeable about their products.”
“Well worth my Uber ride from my hotel. Great selection. The guys were knowledgeable, friendly and I loved their suggestions. I went with the Troeganator and Mad Elf. Took some back to Arkansas!”
“OTB had really cool bicycle decor and overall seemed like a clean well maintained place. I had the chimichurri steak and eggs. The steak was tender and flavorful and the potatoes were crispy. I also had one of their non-alcoholic juice blends that was really good. My only complaint is that my silverware was dirty when I unrolled it from the napkin even the new silverware wasn't great looking. But food was really good and my friends loved the mimosa flights.”

“I walked in with a picture on my phone of the wine that I was looking for and the manager left his register and helped me find exactly what I was looking for... even searched for more in the back room. What a considerate thing to do! There's your job and then there's going above and beyond. A very happy customer!”
“Very convenient! The employees are extremely helpful and willing to give recommendations. The employee even checked my card to make sure it matched my ID which I appreciated.”
“I purchased a case of Iron City beer as tradition of beer that’s a local brew. Came in and was assisted immediately. Staff were cool to talk to and were well versed in beer along with their cigar selection. I would definitely recommend coming here due to service and they are very well versed in products. I will enjoy my purchase and will try my best to hit this established store when I’m back in the area!”
“This location is open later then others and thats a good thing sometimes. There usually stocked pretty good and there employees are always ? smiling. Lines are fast.”
“I named my daughter Morgan because that's what I was drinking when I conceived her (Captain Morgan). I am glad to have a have a local retailer that is accessible and offers a variety.”
“Not so easy to find... its a hidden spot in Robinson and you will feel like you won the scavenger hunt if you find it, but its worth the adventure.
Stop by and pick up your favorite craft beer or seltzer. The place has been renovated and has much more of a selection than before. They also offer to go slushies, and have a PA lottery machine.”
“Outstanding! A new neighborhood, I was directed to my product. I asked if another another business was nearby. A third clerk overheard and executed a Google search. Then he provided me direction. I thought that was outstanding!”
“Hours of operation are spotty. Online it will say open until 5 PM but at 3:45 PM they're closed. Parking is difficult as there's no parking lot and you must find a curbside spot. It's a small store so selections are limited. The workers are courteous and helpful. The workers are the only reason I gave them 4 instead of 3 stars.”

“Decent and consistent selection. They are always friendly and ready to help. They went the extra mile for me today when I had my dog in the car! Great experience.”
“Great beer distributor. The selection is really good, there are beers from across the country and beers from outside of the country. I like Delirium, a Belgian beer, and they had it in stock when I shopped here. The customer service is also really good. They staff is friendly and helpful to find whatever you are looking for.”

“My favorite place to go for beer and cigars...tbh, the only place I'll go...great prices, great selection and the girl that's usually there, Kelly... always has a smile on her face, quite knowledgeable and couldn't be more helpful.”
“Honestly, this place is the best. I personally don't play the lottery but everytime I see people wanting to put their numbers in the staff makes it a top priority that they do it right for the customer. There is a wide selection of beer, along with single 20+ oz cans which is my go to. All in all, the staff is extremely friendly and personable and I would recommend this place to anyone.”
“Very good selection of beer including craft beer brands like Founders, Bells and Lawson's. Staff has been helpful finding beer and knowing their inventory which is helpful given the huge selection.”
