Beware!!!! ThievesThis company picked up an Amazon return from my porch which they provided their own label for. Upon taking that package they also took another one that was clearly labeled “UPS please take” and had a UPS label on it. Which they had no business doing as they are not ups and have no way to scan it in. I called them to let them know and was told the driver did take my other package and they located it at their dock. They told me they would forward it to ups for me and a lady there said she took it to the Robinson ups store after work. The ups tracking still isn’t moving weeks later and the ups store said they never brought them my package they even checked security cameras for me. This is theft I want to know where my stolen package is or my money back for around $100 worth of contents! Further action is going to be pursued. Mistakes happen but make it right and give me back what you took from me.

Avoid at all costs. BUSINESSES, quit using this terrible shipping company. After reading the other reviews, it's clear my experience is extremely common. First day it was supposed to be delivered, it never showed, so I called and they said we can do it tomorrow. 2nd day I take off work and make sure I'm home for the delivery. It says delivered, so I call. They lied and told me they tried to deliver and call today (straight up gaslighting customers). I never received a call, I was home all day, there was never a knock at the door or anything. Now trying for the 3rd time, we'll see how it goes.

Tim chambers delivered an extra large item to me today. He was very professional and went out of his way to help me. If I could request anyone to bring a delivery to me again, I'd choose him.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. To start our appliances were supposed to come on Thursday between 12-4. We kept waiting and waiting and at about 9pm we received a notification that our appliances were delivered! Turns out, the drivers lied about that to get out of delivering late. Fast forward to Saturday, we again were told our appliances would be here between 12-4. Lo and behold they cancel again at 4:30! Now we’re out money we’ve paid to contractors to help install and they’ve offered no recourse, they said they can come Monday.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN.

If I could give zero stars I would. Second time I left work early to have my washer delivered and they didn’t show up. This time they lied several times about why. Apparently the driver was already home at 4:15pm even though my delivery window was 2pm - 6pm. Called Lowes to complain and the manager their said he takes 4-5 complaint calls a day about Pilot. In summary, they are worthless.

Had appliances scheduled for delivery today. Received confirmation text this morning so I spent all day removing my existing and clearing out the area. Received a call from the place I bought it and they said it's not happening today and it is rescheduled 1 week from today. The place I bought it says they were told by pilot they called me and let me know earlier today. That never happened.

Multiple reschedules, tv delivered broken. New delivery scheduled for October 4th, pilot rescheduled for sept 29, I canceled multiple plans and clients only to have pilot driver call and say he can’t deliver today even though the time frame is 3p-7p and it’s 1p currently.

There is a night and day difference between the call center and the local office on normal business hours. It's such a big difference it is absurd. It took four weeks to get a package. I called the local office number which transferred me to the call center since it was after hours. I was on hold for 20 minutes and just got disconnected. Then I contacted the seller and they filed complaints in my behalf. They also could not get a hold of Pilot Freight Services by phone. However when I called the phone number of the local office during normal business hours I get someone very knowledgeable and can track and communicate with the freight company that is sending the items to them. What I gather from what he was saying, a separate tractor trailer company deliveries it to them. These are packages that need to be delivered to residential areas where a tractor trailer can not deliver to and the items are too big for UPS, FedEx and postal service.Bottom line, call the local office during business hours and not the call center if your having problems. I wish I knew that right from the beginning. Mike had kept me in the loop when it was in Chicago from Salt Lake and when it got to their warehouse in Pittsburgh. He made the appointment to deliver for the next day. Mike was very cool about my complaints and everything else without the blame game. The local office redeemed themselves with my rating. Otherwise it would absolutely be a one star.

Use subcontractors to deliver, where supposed set up and dispose of a bed we ordered, and would not do it. Left two people in their late sixties holding the bag for a job they where supposed to complete. If I ever order anything again, and they say this outfit is going to bring it, I won’t buy it period.

I ordered a large grill/smoker through Walmart.com and it was delivered by Pilot. The box appeared to be intact when the drive left. However, when unboxing, I found a huge dent in the bottom of the grill body. I contacted Walmart support, who told me that a representative from Pilot would be calling me in 2-5 business days to schedule a pickup of the damaged item. It's now been 2 weeks, and I just made my 4th call to Walmart to inquire just what the heck is going on. They're scheduling a different and hopefully more professional carrier.
